After a workout, I could just clean my clothes and leave fresh the next day. So convenient! One evening, I saw on my phone that the hotel also offered late-night snacks, so I ordered one and it was delivered to my room. It was warm and warm, and the details were so thoughtful. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a plate of fresh fruit. It was rich and sweet, and I felt instantly treated with care. In short, I couldn't fault it at all, from the facilities to the service. I'll definitely stay here again!

I used my holiday trip in Liling city with Lotus hotel where I located not far from center of Liling city and the hotel have full facilities. And the room is so big for rest with appropriated proportions. The lotus hotel is so clean. Moreover, staff team is so kind and friendly for all guests especially foreigners are warmly welcomed from them. They tried to suggest everything for you living in here and solve the problem from guests with smoothly process. Lotus hotel will be admitted in my mind when I missing Liling city🥹🥹. I not sure yet, I would be comeback to Liling again or not. If I back to Liling again in the future( as I can/ as the opportunity will happen 🥹) I would be to choose Lotus hotel again.

This stay really exceeded expectations, the overall experience is full, whether it is the environment, service or health impeccable, has been silently included in my permanent residence list! The overall environment is particularly colorful, the public areas are clean and tidy, the decoration is simple and advanced, the lighting is soft and comfortable, and the green plants are scattered. The interior of the room is even more tidy, the ground, desktop, bathroom dead ends are cleaned, there is no dust and smell. The room layout is reasonable, the space is spacious and transparent, and the soft decoration is warm and comfortable.

Great modern new hotel in a wonderful location and spacious rooms. The staff are all very accommodating but absolutely no English is spoken. Also there’s no western breakfast including no butter or jam for toast. No cereal or cold milk either. For me, the major downside to the hotel as a non smoker is, is the constant revolting smell of cigarettes. Even on the 20th floor it could be smelled. The worst part is, there’s no smoking signs everywhere in the hotel but because the majority smoke, they seem to let it slide. Don’t even think about going into the toilet on the reception desk floor. It seems to be the central point for any smoker to have a quick one undisturbed. It’s literally disgusting. But, if you can put up with that, the staff are fantastic and the rooms large and it’s a great place to

Awesome It was an awesome stay and did worth every effort of driving several hours to stay here for almost a week. Very high % of English speaking friendly and professional staff makes you feel pampered. I travel very often in mainland and never had such an awesome omelette during my trips. Find Paulina during great breakfast and try her omelette! Very clean and modern rooms. Well-done!

The boss was very nice. When he found out I had an exam, he changed my room (there was a baby in the next room and he was worried it would affect my exam the next day).
