Very good hotel, the price of the activities in the hotel is very kind, and the outsourcing activity experience of the hotel is also very unique. We went to play birds, and it was directly the outsourced local travel agency sapoa adventure the boss was the driver. I have 20 years of experience, very knowledgable. In addition, the small plane from the airport does not need money, which is very rare in this kind of hotel. Plus the pineapple is delicious! The only thing is that the rice is not very tasteful. The seasoning is relatively simple roast chicken, roast beef, burgers, etc. It is okay, and the Central American flavor is still unacceptable. The off menu selection is nothing, and the basic ~ can change the simple practice with the ingredients on the menu.

Very convenient place and very well located to do the ascent of Cero Chirripo, which was the purpose of my stay, to be able to do it in one day. I would say that my room was very basic, simple, just what you need a clean bed with a clean bathroom, though the floor was not so clean, but I didn’t care, as I wasn’t expecting more for the price and the location. But the food served all day long was really good, with a very large choice of meals and at a very decent price. The manager is really helpful and explains everything. You may be aware before coming that the final road/track to arrive at the hotel is very steep and a 4 wheel car is highly recommended, specially when it’s downpour like during my stay there. So I would really recommend this hotel to visit Chirripo National Park, and of course very nice location surrounding by green Costa Rican nature.
