The room was clean and spacious. The refrigerator was broken, but was quickly replaced.
The service staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean and spacious, kitchen especially was spotless, well stocked and well organised. Staff were friendly and very helpful, looked after my luggage as my flight arrived at 8am. GGuest UserHotel is nicely renovated. The lobby and restaurants looked impressive. Breakfast had enough selection and was nice. Towels and bedding were new.
However, the bathroom was extremely small and quite difficult to get in the shower due to the positioning of the door. Water bottle was not refilled so maybe it’s only one bottle per stay.
Overall good for our needs.

FFIONAI am very happy to choose this hotel, about 10 minutes from the train station, the room is clean/renovated modern group has a consistent style, there is a PT lady at the front desk called Magda, she is very good and she has taken Chinese classes in Beijing before, so she can speak/understand the small Mandarin, And the front desk manager Mr Linck, he will recommend nearby attractions to me.

SshekhawatiThe room is right next to the road, so it's a bit noisy. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but no matter how early or late I book, I always end up with the noisiest room. Everything else is fine. The kitchen is okay; since few people use it, the door is left open, which is convenient.
