瞿瞿叔叔大胡子The breakfast at the hotel is a German-style breakfast. If you want to eat Chinese food, you can go to Fussen Town, where there is a Chinese restaurant, but to be honest, there is a big parking lot on the side of the hotel to park, forgetting Do not charge, when leaving the store, the front desk staff will be very enthusiastic to send you the hotel's refrigerator to you, haha, there are photos of Neuschwanstein, there is no need to go to the scenic area to buy

AAnonymous UserI would recommend this hotel. The hotel very peaceful, I like it. At first floor also have a restaurant. But here have no elevator so please careful to request high floor if you have a big luggage 😅 The staff so kind and nice to give you advice and always take care. This hotel have a good area not faraway from train and bus station. You can get the free tickets to use public transport in the city and leave your luggage to explore the city before check-in time.

SshibsssGood location about 5 to 10 minutes from Fussen station, about 10 to 15 minutes to main attractions in Fussen (e.g. Museum, Fussen castle). Breakfast was tasty. Room was spacious as well, however curtains need to be drawn as the room is facing the road. Otherwise good view, not too noisy when the windows are closed. They provide 2 bottles of water on arrival which is not topped up, also no kettle or other amenities in the room.
There is a guest laundry available which is 4 Euros and a dryer as well that’s also 4 Euros.
The stay comes with a complimentary Fussen Card which allows you to take the bus to the castles for free, and also have a discounted price at Fussen’s ticketed attractions.
Overall a good stay.

GGuest UserThere are many small hotels in the town of Fussen, but there are not many choices on Ctrip. I hope there will be more choices in the future!
This house is decorated like a small wooden house, which is quite unique. Although it is not big, it has all the facilities and is quite comfortable to live in.
The location is also very good, opposite the commercial street and 5 minutes away from the train station. There is a restaurant called Nashi nearby, which is a mixture of Southeast Asian and Japanese cuisine, and the taste is very good!
There is a large terrace outside the room, where you can sit and drink beer and watch the sunset.

位於哈爾夫雷赫小鎮，是小木屋的家庭旅館，離新天鵝堡十分鐘車程，周邊景色宜人，老闆娘竟是無錫人，沒想到在這德國偏遠地區遇上老鄉（無錫也算老鄉了），攀談愉快！溝通放便，酒店是自助入住，到達時找到寫有自己名字的信封，裏面有鑰匙和乘車優惠券等，前台有個表格填寫下用早餐的時間，很方便，酒店隔壁就有家餐廳，牛排不錯，裝飾也很有格調，酒店房間很大，非常乾淨整潔，房間裏有個小咖啡機，我們住一樓，後面有個滿是草皮的院子，坐着喝喝咖啡曬曬太陽，非常舒適，關鍵老闆是對中國夫婦，溝通方便，感覺親切，一切都很棒，感謝老闆娘的熱情款待！

GGuest UserWe got assigned a suite on the 5th floor that was really spacious. There was even a sauna room, which we didn’t take advantage of. The elevator from the 4th floor to the 5th was old and needed attention. Breakfast was decent. The staff was nice and luggage storage was free of charge. The location is wonderful! Right by the Bahnhof! The room came with a Füssen city pass for each guess, meaning you can take the local transportation for free for two days. We used the passes for visiting the Neuschwanstein castle (Bus #78), as well as leaving Füssen (as far as Kaufbeuren is free).

They were flexible with check-in times and even accommodated me late.
The location is also great, it's only a 10-minute walk so there's no need to worry about getting lost.
However, there doesn't seem to be an elevator, so it might be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

GGuest UserThis is a hotel that integrates restaurants and hotels. The restaurant on the first floor is the guest room upstairs. There are free parking spaces, but there are not many parking spaces (but I don't know if the parking space across the road is not it), it should be first come first stop. There is a good supermarket more than 100 meters away. Very close to the Neuschwanstein Castle attraction, it is only three or four kilometers. The location is still very good.
There is no elevator, the room is relatively clean, and the bathroom is spacious enough. If you remember correctly, there should be no air conditioning, but the weather was already cold when we came here, and air conditioning was not used.

GGuest Userhe hotel itself looked nice at first, but the overall experience was honestly disappointing. Communication between the staff was very poor, especially regarding luggage storage and check-in information. No one clearly explained where we needed to go, so my friend and I had to drag our heavy suitcases around in the rain while trying to find the correct building by ourselves. It was extremely inconvenient and exhausting after a long journey.
The room was acceptable, but the service did not feel welcoming or professional. Some basic information should have been explained properly from the beginning to avoid confusion and unnecessary stress for guests.
The location may be convenient for some travelers, but because of the poor organization and lack of support from the staff, I would probably not choose to stay here again.
