LLee EanFor a room over €200 per night and rated 4 star, we expected the bathroom to have at least more than just a 3in1 shower gel. Wi-Fi did not work too until issue was brought up to reception, which only an additional set up instruction was given. Pillow was typical cheap with no support kinda German pillow. Unfortunately, we were allocated a room with adjoining balcony whereby cigarette smoke entered the room. Breakfast was good but staff were clearly not well trained. We like the complimentary waffles provided during our stay, but only when we step into restaurant and the staff asked if we’d like some. During check in, this info was communicated to the guest before us but not too us. Very inconsistent.

GGuest UserThe Sauerland Hof with its charming country style is not far from the centre. The footing is about 10 min. The room (which is accessible with a lift) was large and spacious (accessible, broad doors, flat shower, discharged washing basin). A workplace was available in the loggia. The breakfast buffet was very nicely decorated with everything the heart wants. The egg food was freshly prepared.
Tip of improvement: When arrived, inform guests that the tables are reserved for breakfast by room numbers and that the tables are marked in a visible manner (please not include the table number). Reservation info set so that the information is on the back. (Nobody can read it and so you will sit where you want to sit right).
