Huelva Province Hotels with Parking

I wish I could give 6 Stars, this place was absolutely perfect. We stopped for one night arriving late they kept the lights on and waited for us! Breakfast was also amazing, eggs to order with fresh bacon and all of the other normal menu items. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!!!

The facilities and location are good, the staff that works at the hotel, the waiters/waitresses as well as the cooks/waitresses are very friendly and do a great job. The reception staff is not as friendly as I think they should be for the position they hold and the cleaning staff is willing and probably due to an excess of workload, but they do not clean the rooms daily with a minimum, for example, the ashtray on the terrace that was made of glass broke and we spent our entire stay (more than a week) finding glass on the floor. The bench in the room that was used as a storage room always had sand from the beach on it, the side table where we put our glasses, they barely cleaned it, they left a brush in the bathroom and it was there for two days, etc…

there was a sink odor unfortunatelly. hotel is right near a bus stop

Good general conditions Very bad, they clean garden (cut grass and clean) next to the pool and bar on Saturday and Sunday with people trying to rest a week of work and a whole morning to make noise with cut grass, motor-seeds to cut themselves, etc ..... assemble sun hats, etc.. on Saturday and Sunday, this should be done weekly.

The hotel was excellent with beautiful views in a calm area. The food was very delicious aspiring for a Michelin star. Everything worked out perfectly, and the staff did their very best.

We have a lot of holidays over the year, but we have a lot of gardens and pools, and we have peace in the surrounding area. The staff are sympathetic and a special praise for John of the reception, who loves his sympathy and professionalism.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Palos. Hay justo un parking en frente vigilado y gratuito del ayuntamiento. Tiene recepción 24 horas, los recepcionistas son muy amables. Tiene una cafetería muy buena que te resuelve el tema del desayuno.

The food, the staff's service, the cleanliness of the facilities, the variety of restaurants... Everything was excellent.

Algo de suciedad

The hotel is very clean and a quite large room. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are also. The place is what I less liked because it is in a ship polygon and you need a car. The service is very careful but sometimes had to wait enough. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
