칼로 데스 모로 해변쪽을 관광하려고 예약한 숙소인데 시내에서 벗어나 위치는 어쩔수 없는편이었고 렌트없이 가기 힘들어요 밤이 되면 어두워서 무섭기도 하고 날이 밝으니 자연과 함께 어우러진 너무 예쁜 숙소였습니다 신혼여행이라고 해서 웰컴드링크를 내어주시겠다고 했는데 ㅠ 의사소통이 잘못되었는지 2박동안 받지 못햇네여..아숩지만 기억에 남을 깔끔한 숙소 였습니다

Nice hotel, ideal for a 2 night stay. All receptionists could speak german. Small parking (12 cars), difficult to find a place. I had to park on the street the first night. Good food, although it were always discussions if the tourist arrived later than dinner's closing time: ”you should have told us, the food amount is strictly calculated” and yet they were not tourists anymore in the restaurant. ”OK, we'll make you a favour this time”... The same situation the last day: I had to check out and take the breakfast earlier than 6:45 o'clock. An older receptionist were a little bit unfriendly. I ignored him. The hotel ist not excellent, otherwise it could be said it's very good.

The hotel was very clean and had good facilities. The staff was quite friendly. It is a good family hotel but I cannot recommend for a group of friends.

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. The breakfast was great, very delicious and healthy and all the fruits were super fresh and sweet and juicy.

Nice hotel to start and return from your bike ride. Meal was delicious considering most people were on half board. Great breakfast and even better dinner. Bigger tables for the group of friends would be nice and juice dispensers should be reconsidered - too many people waiting..

It was a great surprise. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service is great. The service of Alex and Raul in the bar is excellent. I will be back next summer for sure!

Отличный отель за эти деньги, расположен в 50 метрах от остановки автобуса до аэропорта , питание соответствует стоимости отеля, все вкусное, свежее и не однообразное. Если что, рядом много ресторанов на любой вкус. Отличный бассейн, очень просторный, есть даже джакузи.Пляжные полотенца под залог 10 евро. Номер со свежим ремонтом и новой мебелью.Рекомендую. До шикарного чистейшего пляжа 2 минуты ( перейти дорогу)

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

We stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de

The front desk was very good and gave two large bottles of water. I was worried that I could not buy water in the wilderness, so I didn't have to worry. The room was small but clean, there was a small balcony but it was not used, the backyard of the hotel was the beach, but the rain was not good that day, and the hotel was not blamed. The luggage storage was also smooth, the staff smiled and served, overall good.
