My favorite place on earth. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was super clean and smelled amazing the entire stay. I arrived very late for check-in, around midnight and the access code didn’t work at first, but the staff were still incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted me right away and even let me store my luggage so I could continue exploring without stress. I also accidentally left my camera battery in the room after checking out, and they went out of their way to help me find it again. The hospitality here is truly next level. 100 out of 10

The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and the charming old town. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby, which made it easy to start each morning with a great cup of coffee. The hotel also offered a convenient free water-refilling machine. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tossa de Mar!

The food is fabulous. We tried the dinner and breakfast buffet, both are fantastic!! Highly recommend the dinner buffet, they provided unlimited seafood and cooked right in front of you and unlimited dessert.they kept refilling dessert even after 9:30pm. (The dinner lasts from 7:30-9:30pm)I like the chef as he always smiled and give us a generous amount of food! There were yummy steak, pork, salmon, cheese, salmoni. And for the dessert, they also got ice cream and chocolate waterfall!!!! Really recommend ordering their dinner and is really worth it!

GGuest UserOverall the hotel was good. We found some of the staff very offish and inflexible. It was weird that on two mornings they ran out of eggs and couldn't make fried eggs. Overall the food was good. Problem also with the coffee machine and staff not willing to make a decent cup for their guests. The bedrooms are of reasonable size but it is strange that the shower has a glass door and is part of the bedroom and is the tiny sink. There are no wardrobes in the rooms either. This hotel is part of the golf complex with nothing else nearby. Definitely need a car.

The hotel service is very good, the room is very clean; the location is very convenient, just a 6-minute walk from the bus station, and it only takes 8 minutes to the beach; I would like to make a few suggestions about the facilities: the water in the outdoor swimming pool is ice and not heated at all; only the hot tub can be used in this season, but the time is closed a little early; the Wi-Fi function is not very stable, and the front desk staff changed the conference Wi-Fi to succeed; but in general, it is a cost-effective experience, and I will recommend it to my friends!
