The best hotel in Chambery , the rooms are very spacious with all your needs at your disposal. Infact I felt at home for the 4 nights spent in this hotel . Let me use this medium to thank Ikram at the reception and all her colleagues at the front desk. Will definitely come back .

Ecrin Blanc is wonderful for families with young children who enjoy water activities after a full day of skiing! The breakfast is very good and the fresh orange juice is the best I have had in a long time. Direct indoor access to Aquamotion is what makes this property so amazing. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are very friendly. Maybe we just got a bit unlucky to have a room facing the car park and main gate, and could hear the noise from the road. We were also a bit surprised to find out the spa closed as early as 8 p.m. for a spa hotel, and it wasn't ready at 9 a.m. as it should be open from 9. I guess this hotel will be more suitable for long stays.

It's not as bad as Google says. I think the price is good. The room is clean, the breakfast is OK, the front desk is very friendly, it's close to the train station, and you can pay extra for the spa next door, but minors can't go there, so we didn't make an appointment. I'll come again next time.

Very friendly staff. Hearty but expensive breakfast. Good bedding with king size bed in the superior rooms. Functional bathroom, modern tiling but low-end linoleum flooring. Separate toilet. Stained carpet in the bedroom and hallways, needs to be replaced. Pool and spa not tested. Free parking.

What I really like Really clean, spotless clealiness👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, the friendly and supportive staff ( both day shift and night shift, the English speaking male at night I think I spotted his name tag with name starts with A, and the beautiful silver hair English speaking lady on day shift, they were really really helpful and supportive. I am very grateful), really comfortable place. Would I recommend ? Yes. Would I come back if given a chance and all else permits? Yes !! For company's consideration.. The room is almost perfect.. if you could please consider.. please don't use paper cup if possible ? But that's just my personal preference, nothing wrong with it :) Sometimes I could smell cigarette smell even if I am not smoking. I guess this is ventilation/ building structure, and it is not a shortcoming. One of the smaller light bulb on the left in the wall lamp is out, please consider replacing the bulb when all else permits but the three lightbulbs wall lamp works fine without one bulb. Take you for the marvellous service and place. Please take care.

Plus 32.5 degrees inside the room on arrival. No air conditioning and one fan shared between 2 bedrooms and the living room. Needless to say it was hot!!! The place is very nice with friendly staff; we’ve stayed a few times over the years, but it desperately needs AC installed for the hot weather.

Family hotel near the Modane Station, authentic a lot of charm with welcome staff, warm, serviceable very different from the current hotels that are mostly cold and impersonal a very good time to finish your holiday with the hotel bosses who know share their love for the region of High Mauritania

The room was ok; it is a budget hotel. No sockets by the bed, and the plate came off the socket I used for the hairdryer. The heater was blowing warm air despite being set to 5 on a warm evening. Breakfast was reasonable, cereal, pastries, fruit salad, and tea or coffee from the machine. Staff friendly and helpful.
