everything was wonderful

This is a very large resort, and the stay experience exceeded expectations. First of all, the room is large and comfortable and clean; secondly, the overall environment of the resort is very beautiful and the facilities are complete. The weather was bad when we went and we didn't enjoy the outdoor pool; Then there is the hotel that includes two meals, the dishes are rich and taste good; the waiters at the front desk, restaurant and room are warm and courteous; very close to the beach, suitable for leisure and vacation here, recommended 👍

Hotel był wspaniały – bardzo czysty, nowy i zadbany. Basen super, idealny do odpoczynku po wycieczkach. Samo położenie hotelu było rewelacyjne – spokojne miasteczko, idealne na wieczorne spacery, a do plaży tylko 5 minut. Widok z hotelu oceniamy wysoko, ale tylko dlatego,że udało nam się dostać pokój z najlepszym możliwym widokiem. Warto jednak zaznaczyć, że część pokoi może mieć widok na inne hotele, ale bliskość plaży w pełni to rekompensuje. Pokój był bardzo czysty i ślicznie udekorowany , a w kuchni znajdowało się wszystko, co potrzebne – można było nawet coś ugotować. Jedynym minusem był brak herbaty i cukru, czyli standardowych saszetek, ale bez problemu kupiliśmy je w pobliskim Synka market. Lokalizacja hotelu to chyba najlepsza baza wypadowa na wyspie – dojazd do wszystkich najpiękniejszych miejsc i plaż zajmował około godziny, półtorej jazdy samochodem. Nie mogłam wybrać lepiej – gorąco polecam! Obsługa była fantastyczna, a pani w recepcji absolutnie wyjątkowa – z pasją i ogromną życzliwością wobec gości. Proszę też wziąć pod uwagę, ze parking hotelowy jest dostępny- ale nie ryzykowaliśmy- stes byłby ogromny- my wybraliśmy obcje 2, która oferuje hotel w bardzo opłacalnej cenie za dzień ,5 min od hotelu! Samo miasteczko ok knajpki i restauracje, sklepiki - market synka , śliczna plaża na spacery- piasek nie jest najlepszy, ale widoki zapierające dech ;) mega polecam te miejsce ;) Pozdrawiam

If you enjoy a short few nights stay near Chania with lots of kittens, this is your spot! However, amenities are quite hard to get in the neighbourhood as the neighbouring markets are closed around 9pm. Parking does not come easy either, as they are limited to first come first serve basis. But overall, service is amazing as they provide instructions for late check-in (even during midnight)

The hotel is very beautiful, making a studio more thoughtful. The hotel is very friendly and is very friendly. Breakfast varied (it is not a buffet, it serves you with the furer as appropriate) Canada is at 20-25min in car (Parking to my beach is quite practical) There is a monastery (3€) near the hotel, another (the same price) deeper in Canea, they are very beautiful and well restored Balos beach is very beautiful (most from the point of view) but everything is paying (1€/person for an unnecessary road, 3€ for a parking more than average), the upwards are hard, but it's worth it! There is also the beach of Falasarna where the sunset is incredible.

Personnel très sympathique, l’endroit est hyper charmant. Très belle expérience, on a bien mangé, on s’est bien reposé.. à refaire avec grand plaisir

We stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special. The location is perfect—set in a peaceful village, just a one-minute walk to a wide, spacious beach with easy access to the water. The room was spotless, freshly renovated, and even smelled pleasant. We had a large balcony with a table, and everything was so clean that when we wiped the table, there wasn’t even a trace of dust. The attention to detail in the cleaning was truly impressive. The owner was wonderful to meet—so kind, welcoming, and generous. He treated us to fresh fruit and shared many helpful tips about the area, making our stay feel extra personal and warm. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much care. This hotel completely won us over—the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything was perfect. We already dream of coming back and staying longer.

Was not the best hotel, very outdated but still a good affordable hotel in Crete. We booked it last minute and had all inclusive. Great family hotel and a decent location.
