Dubrovnik Hotels with Parking

Regret for staying only 2 nights here. We book a room with balcony and the views are just breathtaking. I could wake up in the morning and seat at the outdoor sofa looking at the sea view for hours. Weather during October was all good. Not too hot and not too cold, perfect weather. Scenic area are much less crowded, restaurants are everywhere. The service staffs were all so nice. We book a spa massage from Orabelle, it was the world best massage i ever encountered. It was this therapist Fanny from Nava Spa. I travelled a lot. From States, Europe, Mediterranean, Southeast Asia and u named it. I frequent massage everywhere i travelled. Fanny has the technique, press skill and determination. I met a amazing masseur at Bali who had almost the same skills but Fanny beat her out. Fanny should had open up a massage training school and share her skill set with the therapist. Awesome experience. Orabelle offered fantastic breakfast. Ala carte breakfast menu, order whatever or whichever u like. They will be more than happy to serve you well. If you wish to order the entire menu. Think they will not hesitate to serve your table full of delicious delicacy. Speechless views, services and breakfast. Told my wife, we will be back next year again. The same period, this time round a few more days. Wanna enjoy the Villa more and chillax. Strongly recommended, if you read my review. We are a family of three and stayed at this hotel for six days during our trip to Croatia. The hotel is located on a beautiful island, about an hour by ferry from Dubrovnik. We booked the hotel’s transfer service from the airport, and it was absolutely worth it—everything was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking to escape the busy crowds of Dubrovnik and experience the charm of an authentic Croatian island, I can definitely recommend this place. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, and the restaurant served delicious food throughout our stay. One of the best things about the location is that you can still easily visit Dubrovnik whenever you like. Ferries run between the island and Dubrovnik around 5–6 times a day, making day trips very convenient. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would happily come back again.

A Great place to stay. We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning. The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night. There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town. The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned every morning for us to arrive to fresh bedsheets by each afternoon. Only negatives i can really find was that there were no double beds in the rooms, only 2 single beds joined together to lake a double, I had called and the man at reception said this was the case for the whole hotel. Entertainment at night could have been better also, we found ourselves leaving the hotel each night to find better.

The room is nice with an outdoor balcony. The surrounding facilities are good, with a large outdoor swimming pool. Although it is not in the old town, if you want to go to the old town, you can also take bus line 6, which is a good experience.

Although this hotel is situated quite some distance from the Old Town this is not a bad thing at all. Insect I very much appreciated being removed from the thick crowds and noise, and very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility and spectacular sea views from this wonderful resort. Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night. My room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, with ample space for everything although a luggage rack or designated space for luggage would enhance overall comfort greatly. Staff were generally helpful and polite, with special mention to Matija the Restaurant Manager, who, despite handling large volumes of customers, remained unfailingly cheerful and energetic. The breakfast buffet was very generous by European standards, whilst the dinner buffet selection was also more than adequate and quite good value at 35 Euros per person. As mentioned in previous reviews, a bus connects the Babin Kuk area (where the Royal Ariston and her neighboring sister hotels, the Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm and Neptun are situated) to the Old Town. If you purchase the 40 Euro Dubrovnik City pass, discovers one day worth of this bus travel plus access to the city walls and its museums. Cannot recommend this resort highly enough and look forward to my return.

The room was very spacious and clean. The view from the hotel was also beautiful. There's a small convenience store nearby, and a larger supermarket about a 15-minute walk away, so grocery shopping is easy. The bus terminal for the old town is also just 2-3 minutes from the hotel. As for amenities, they only provide cups and shower caps, so you'll need to bring your own toiletries.

Its location is definitely its strongest point, with a view and the beach right below the hotel. Sunbeds and an umbrella at the beach kiosk are extra. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options. The hotel itself is a bit dated; the hallway carpets and room doors need an update. The cleaning trolleys visible on every floor are an eyesore, especially since there's no elevator due to the building's layout. We stayed in early June, and for a weekend, it was fine since we didn't need to turn on the air conditioning – it sounds like a tractor when it's on. I'd rate it between 7 and 8. It was the cheapest option that still offered decent quality for my taste.

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

We stayed at this apartment during our visit to Dubrovnik. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality from the owner, although there were a few things worth noting. The apartment was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen essentials. It had pans, plenty of cutlery, salt, coffee, milk, and other small items that made self-catering convenient. There were also brochures for boat trips, city tours, and other local attractions, which were helpful for planning our stay. The standout feature was the owner. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Even though we arrived late, she was available by phone, responded quickly to every question, and did her best to guide us with parking and check-in. Her helpfulness made the experience much smoother. The main downside was parking. There is no convenient parking nearby, and finding a place to leave the car was quite challenging. The apartment is located in what feels like a residential neighbourhood, around a 15-minute drive from Dubrovnik Old Town, so having a car can be both useful and frustrating because of the parking situation. The apartment also felt more like someone’s home than a serviced hotel apartment. If you’re expecting hotel-style accommodation with dedicated reception or professionally managed facilities, this may not meet those expectations. However, if you’re happy with a simple residential apartment and appreciate a responsive and caring host, it offers good value. Overall, a clean and practical apartment with an exceptionally helpful host, but be prepared for parking challenges and a more residential experience rather than a hotel-style stay.

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.
