Hotel itself is beautiful with well-kept grounds and a gorgeous pool area that feels really relaxing. It’s in a great location, right on the main ***** so everything is within walking distance, but tucked away enough that it still feels peaceful and quiet. Rooms are huge, modern, and very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh water provided. Tea/coffee facilities, a mini fridge, and a TV with plenty of channels. Staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything. I did have an issue with noise from internal building works, but the team handled it well, moving me quickly and even gave me a complimentary upgrade, which I really appreciated. Facilities overall were great. Pools are beautiful with plenty of sun loungers. The pool at the back of the resort was quieter (and away from nearby building works). Food was also really good - breakfast was tasty, although for the first few days it was à la carte rather than buffet due to lower occupancy, which was a little disappointing, but there was still plenty of food. Lots of convenient extras too - room service available as well as laundry service (although a bit pricey). The hotel can also arrange taxis to the airport (around 250K IDR, cash only), as Grab doesn’t seem to operate in the area. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Great restaurants nearby like Cantina Mexicana and KRNK for a quick bite, plus a supermarket right next door and plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. **Tip:** try to request a room in the newer part of the hotel at the back of the resort - it’s quieter (away from building works) and more updated.

What we loved: The restaurant food is absolutely delicious — we highly recommend their Ayam Taliwang, easily the best we’ve tasted so far! The breakfast spread is also excellent: alongside a great range of standard options, they serve Arabian roti with wonderful condiments including hummus, labneh, and baba ganoush, plus a healthy corner offering nuts, quinoa, freshly squeezed juices, and homemade jamu (traditional Indonesian herbal drink). We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Kuta, making it easy to explore local dining and spas. Areas for improvement: - Shower water pressure is a little low. - The toilet and shower share a single door, which can be inconvenient for guests other than couples. - There are no restaurants or shops within walking distance, so a short drive is always needed.

i had a great time at sikara hotel and for sure will come back again. location: literally around the corner on the centre of kuta district, within walking distance of all the lovely restaurants while staying quiet and not too overcrowded. service: staff always friendly and smiley, their operations not the smoothiest, as i encounted a small issue with them staying there but it was resolved very quickly and they were very helpful. facilities: very relaxing pool, very striking, i definitely enjoyed the relaxing environment and spent a lovely morning reading a book there. definitely coming back, it's also great value for money.

Probably not worth it for a long stay (we stayed a week. 3-4 nights were fine. The villa was a bit tired, and a few tiles had chipped off in the pool. Mostly on the walls, so it wasn't particularly uncomfortable. It seemed like there wasn't enough furniture in the living room for a 3-bedroom villa. There were three of us, and it was tight. Six people wouldn't fit in the living room. The view is superb. The restaurant is good, but not cheap, even compared to other 5* hotels. By the way, the room service menu has higher prices for the same dishes than in the restaurant itself. I've never noticed that before. The staff is nice. The beach is nice, but not for swimming; the waves roll in both at high and low tide. There were a lot of pestering people. You can go to the right if you're facing the sea, about 25 minutes away, where there are nice wild beaches with calm and clear water (pictured).

The room was nice and clean, but it was incredibly noisy – even at night, you could hear everything from the street, like very loud cars and music. The hotel can't really be blamed for that. Across the street, there's a grocery store, which is really convenient. There are also quite a few dining options around.

The clerk is kind, friendly and helpful. There are many events in the place too, appreciate bbq events or learning surfing. Get the most corner room, the facilities are standard, get the bed above so if there is an extra squeeze, there is the sound of the frogs and the frogs. Then what is a pity is that the toilet bidet is so small that it comes out 😭 because the shower is a bit dirty, because the used to take a shower is not flushed and flows to waste 😢 maybe because mostly foreigners all book here this time, yaudala

This is the sweetest and friendliest hotel! Every single staff member is ready to help you at a moment's notice. I had an accident, and the kindest employees at this hotel, every last one of them, helped and participated in repairing my motorcycle and provided me with assistance and support. The rooms are clean and tidy, and housekeeping comes every day. Breakfast was sometimes buffet style, sometimes à la carte. Everything was delicious. The location is superb. But what I'll remember most is the kindness and love from everyone.

So the hotel is nothing special... and as for the rooms, I ended up on the 5th floor on one side where they didn't even make a window... there is a glass door but you can't open it, only air conditioning... a hell, highly inadvisable and the wifi sucks.
