VVattayaThe cabin itself was nice, and the surrounding pine forest was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the cabin wasn't very clean — the pillowcases had stains, and there was still urine on the toilet seat, which was disappointing. We booked the executive cabin for three people, but there was barely enough space for our bags. Next time, we’ll definitely go for a bigger room.
That said, we still enjoyed our stay overall and would love to come back!

CChrysaWe booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service.
Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them.
I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away.
They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience.
I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future.

SSusi PEverything was great clean rooms, nice facilities, and the pools were awesome. This was my fourth time staying at Sangria, and I always enjoy it.
The view is beautiful, and the hot water pool or jacuzzi is a great bonus.

LLiveALifeThis is my experience of staying at Lembang Asri for the 5th time 😁
Its calming natural vibes always invite you to come back. The large garden, playground and pool are a bit warm for children, quite a favorite.
The less pleasant thing is the restaurant section. Please, every time you come here the Breakfast Menu is always the SAME. true, both are the same. I've memorized it. The variety and taste are very lacking.
Plus the attitude of the restaurant employees is less friendly. Lack of smiles, and seem excessive in supervising guests who eat. Wow sis, we have paid an additional charge for children which is not cheap, 75K per child with a very simple menu. Maybe we can do more training for Hospitality, and the Chef can make menu variations, so that guests don't get bored.
For the Front Office, Security, Helper, everything is okay and friendly.

The facilities like Bath Tub, Hair dryer, Mini refrigerator, TV, Electrical kettle, and amenities like Swimming Pool, Restaurant for Breakfast, Natural air conditioning, Internet access, room service is up to topmost standards and well-maintained huge Forest area, fish pond, Trees, Garden, Drainage system. Breakfast food is carefully made by topmost chefs and very delicious, must give it a try between 7 am to 10 am. Smooth check in and Check out with No security deposit ... Weekends are busy at most of the hotels in Lembang. If you are fan of loving Mother Nature then, Good option for weekend to be considered. Highly recommend for couples and family .. TERIMA KASIH !!!

AAnonymous UserIt was our second time and it worse. The tent had holes so we asked for tapes to cover it — to avoid leak if it rains. The blanket was ragged, pillows are smelly. Good thing that night wasn’t rainy bcos in the morning it was raining and we suddenly had a pool inside our tent. Our first time we got free upgrade to luxury tent and it was good. We were so surprised that the superior tent we got was that bad.

AAries JonathanPlease just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.
overall okay.
