Our stay at The Lombok Lodge was nothing short of outstanding. I have traveled and stayed at many hotels around the world, but this place is truly unique. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home – it’s not just a hotel, it’s a home away from home. The food was consistently delicious, both in the mornings and evenings. The attention to detail in every aspect is remarkable, and the staff made our stay unforgettable. Every employee knew our names and greeted us warmly, making us feel like part of the family. They even surprised us with special touches for our birthdays, which meant a lot. A highlight was the wonderful day we spent at Bagno di Gili – a magical experience. I am not usually an emotional person, but I had tears in my eyes when it was time to leave. The Lombok Lodge is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and feel truly cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend every person to experience this hotel at least once – if you are looking for something truly special and want to be genuinely taken care of, this is the place.

What a team! The service here is truly crème de la crème. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for, every detail was handled with such professionalism and warmth. The team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and we’re so grateful for their efforts and hospitality. That said, the food options could use some improvement. While the quality was decent, a bit more variety and creativity on the menu would really elevate the overall experience. Overall, an exceptional stay thanks to a world-class team. With a few enhancements to the dining experience, this place could easily be perfect. Shout out to Alex and Willy!

We loved this hotel in every way, it was in the most perfect location, incredibly quiet, on the most perfect tropical beach, with the most stunning swimming pools. The rooms were amazing large and with an extremely comfortable bed, we adored our large outdoor bathroom with the round circular bath and overhead rain fall shower. This hotel was our favourite place to stay so far with its beauty, antiques all over the grounds and in the most idealic setting. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind and thoughtful. I very much hope to return and can not recommend it enough.
