巴巴云邦李林甫Wonderful trip, this hotel is in an industrial park. I dare not go out except for a chartered car, but it is very close to the exhibition hall. The first day we checked in showed that the hotel had successfully deducted the charge. When we arrived at the front desk, we said that we didn't receive this and paid again. We decided on a twin room, and it turned out that we upgraded the king bed. What do you think, a large bed, which is not particularly large, and then asked to change to an ordinary double bed. They didn't understand until we left at noon, always saying that the first pen was not received. We stayed for three days. During this period, we also contacted Ctrip. Ctrip always said that it was in contact. There was no progress. Let us pay the money. If we deduct Ctrip, we will solve it. ? Then I started to say that you have to have this and that, Ctrip's service in this area is too garbage, far worse than where to go.
Finally at noon we said that we were about to miss the plane, and the hotel finally called the bank to confirm that the money had been received. Before, we always contacted the bank. We called ICBC and looked for customer service. Their hotel said that they would let us go to ICBC. A phone call, three days later, toss us! Then Ctrip customer service does nothing, it is really terrible! If we do n’t receive the money, either we pay an extra $ 800 or $ 900, or we miss the plane! No one is responsible!

GGuest UserOver all the hotel was good. Just near the metro sector 18, and nearby markets. The hotel was at the perfect place. The one thing i disliked was they had beers in mini fridge in the room, and they mentioned 2 international beer are 300 rupees, late they told it was one bottle for 300, then why they showed 2 quantities

GGuest UserThe hotel was a bit hidden, but it is a nice and comfortable place. The staff is very attentive, very helpful and attentive to any need. Quiet place. It was relatively close to where we had to work, so everything was fine with the location. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. I really liked it and felt very comfortable. Nice terrace

GGuest UserStay was decent. Hotel property is new and clean. Reception is helpful and understanding. Restaurant services can be improved. They were rude with services and not flexible at all. This reduces the hospitality of the hotel. Hotel stay was good. Property is new and reception staff is helpful & support.
Location is good and one can walk down to the tech park.
The only negative point was the restaurant part of it. If you have booked food with stay, staff is rude and non supportive. Not a lot of variety in breakfast.

I tried the à la carte service and it was genuinely good. Vedant and Sanjay handled my service and they were extremely attentive, quick and polite. Food came fresh, well presented, and they made sure everything was taken care of without me having to ask twice. Good experience overall.

GGuest UserLocation is very good but Property is not being maintained. Bed linens, towels are badly maintained. Very low level of hygienic conditions. Foods are very unhealthy. Services very poor and not professionally managed.
