GGuest UserHotel utsav grand location and overall appearance is good. They need to improve the upkeep of the rooms (missing covers from profile lights, squeaking fans, bed sheet with holes, washroom (stinky, dirty with dripping water, no exaust fans, hotel meals were average only.
