GGuest UserThere was no one there to pick us up from the airport even though I called the day before and was told to send a WhatsApp message when we arrived at Sangster Airport and waited at Column A, but no one came. We even tried to contact the hotel, but could not get through. In the end we had to make our own way to the hotel from the airport after 8.30pm at night. This is unacceptable.
The room we had was near the top and there was no lift. There were plenty of stairs which was not acceptable as are both in our late 60s. If I had known this was the case, I would have not booked this hotel. The staff were nice, but the hotel needs a re-vamp.

AAvia-DawnThe staff was quite friendly. Simple check on process. My room had a great view and my bed was comfy. It was quiet and relaxing. One thing I would want to see is soaps in the bathroom and a more thorough cleaning process in the shower.
