The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the dinner and breakfast were plentiful. I visited both the private and public hot springs. The private hot springs were very popular; they were almost fully booked by 6 PM. Experiencing an open-air hot spring on a snowy day was quite an experience.

Guest UserThe apartment was well located with wonderful views of the ocean & harbour, especially during sunset. Rooms were clean with many amenities in common areas such as complimentary tea/coffee and some sodas.
However, do take not that rooms don’t come with on suite bathrooms (only toilet). Showering facilities are all shared (genders are separated), so worth considering for those who mind.
Otherwise, it is a really wonderful accommodation, would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is very clean and comfortable, we thank a lot the owners for telling us about the jumping salmons of Sakura falls, recommending us an izakaya and driving us there.
We were only a bit surprised that towels are not included but they can be rent for a cheap price so it's a good environmental friendly initiative.

The scenery outside the window of the room is beautiful, the space of the room is also very good, big enough! Plus there is a public bath very convenient. There are also many parking spaces, and free 🆓, which makes people feel leisurely and relaxed.
