Great location right next to the bus and train station. Half an hour from the city center and with a shopping center called Vero also quite close. Everything is modern and clean, with attention to every detail. It has a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, oven, iron, refrigerator, etc. The only thing I would have liked to find a fault with is a microwave. The service was excellent and prompt whenever we had a question. Wonderful!

The staff from front desk, to cleaners and to the staff where we had our breakfast were all the best, amazing team I have ever experienced. They made.me feel welcomed and.nothing was hard for.them. They went above and.beyond.to make my stay so pleasant, fun and relaxing. A.big thank you to Marijan, he was amazing. The hotel's rooftop offers excellent views overlooking the capital. While the breakfast selection was limited, the food was quite tasty. The hotel also provides a complimentary sauna. Overall, a good hotel.

The staff were very helpful before arrival. We chatted with them via whatsapp to sort out arrival time and help with suitcases. Snacks and drinks in the room are free. Good location close to the Bus & Train station and easy walk to the location most tours start from. Thanks to Aneta for all your help.

Let’s talk about the shortcomings directly: the location is average, far away from the passenger terminal, airport bus station, and central commercial street. Fortunately, there is a relatively large supermarket nearby, which is quite convenient for buying daily necessities. It is recommended if you drive by yourself, but you should consider it if you use public transportation.

I registered my card when I checked in. I arrived at the reception desk at check-out time (a little before 12:00) on May 11, but the receptionist was not there and could not process my check-out. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, an older man appeared and asked me to submit my card again. I told him that I had submitted my card when I checked in, but he still asked me to submit it. He treated me like a boss. When I asked why I had to register it twice, he didn't answer anything and simply told me I could go. I was disappointed with the receptionist's attitude. There was no hospitality whatsoever. In the end, I didn't have to register my card twice. By the way, when I stayed again at the end of May, I wasn't asked to submit my card at all when I checked out. However, while I was waiting, I asked another young male staff member where the bus stop was, and he kindly told me the bus stop and even showed me the timetable. The room was clean, the price was not too expensive, and the location was good. Overall, it was a good hotel.

The location was very good however the kettle lit was broken and bathroom shower was not working .When reported to the Management they said previous customer broke them! Additionally the elivator was not working properly.We wolked 6 floor steps on foot with luggeges...

Temiz ve güzel bir otel. Konumu da güzel. Tek sorun restaurantta canlı müzik tam alt katımızda gece yarısına kadar sürdü. Bebekli bir aile için bu beklenmedik ve rahatsız edici bir olaydı. Bunun dışında otel ve imkanları konusunda oldukça memnun kaldım. Otopark konusunda da bir iyileştirme yapmaları doğru olacaktır.
