GGuest UserWe want to say thank you to the whole team. We enjoyed with our children the time at the One&Only. We will come back. Thanks to Bruno and the whole team, everything works really well. We enjoyed also our tennis lessons, private yoga lesson and the tea time. The beach club and the Only Kids club are also great. Breakfast & Dinner at the main restaurant were also great.

GGuest UserEverything was great – the room, facilities, and food were all well worth the price. The service, in particular, made us feel right at home. Just a heads-up: when you book through Trip.com, the room rate already includes taxes. Make sure to check your bill at checkout, because if you don't ask, the hotel will automatically add the tax again, which is 10 yuan per night.

SSyafiq SahdanThe atmosphere when we first came into this homestay is excellent, so does the facilities provided for use during our stay. The interaction with the property owner when we ask questions to them are answered in a quick and precise manner. Overall. I would recommend others to book this stay if they are interested in it.

GGuest UserA place suitable for families, comfortable and quiet accommodation, fasality is very satisfying, the host is also friendly, the room and living room are comfortable, there is air conditioning, quiet when there is a guard and safety is guaranteed, the swimming pool is large and clean x loss of rest in Casablanca Desaru can repeat again if the long vacation sy give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ best 👍

GGuest UserNext to 4 points sheraton, suggest to stay here should drive or prepared to Grab. A 15min drive away from waterpark/ fruit farm. 1hour away from firefly park. Near supermarkt and nice cafe kedai kopi otai. But basically cos condo has no short cut or alternative entrance, u must walk out from the front and do a big detour by foot. Easier to drive out. Accommodation wise, yes, apartment block is away from carpark and no sheltered walkway, but is not far, u can drive to entrance first to unload then one person goes to carpark. But bring an umbrella in case. The kids loved the Mario brother theme, lego blocks and slide. Also free netflix. Responsive staff during working hours. But after working hours, expect a slight delay in responses. Cleanliness was ok, not amazing but ok. Bedsheets if just used newer ones will make a big difference on impression. Note a RM 200 deposit is required. Appreciate the hot and cold water dispenser provided. Amenities were great.

PpearlynCHad a little issue with checking in but was resolved so overall is still okay. The exterior looks a bit rundown, but given the price, I can't expect much. Value for money if staying with a huge family. The interior is pretty decent, but will be better if the rooms have TVs as well...
