Excellent property with an equally spectacular view of the bay from the Moulin Rouge suite. Everything you will need to enjoy your stay has been thought of and provided by the hosts. Blue tooth music player? Check. Chest set with medieval figurines? Check. Cosy electric fireplace? Check. Spa bath with romantic candles ? Check. Washing machine with dryer? Check. Fully equipped kitchen with spices and cooking oil ? Check. Electric blanket? Check. You have your own parking spot , just don’t drive a big car/van cos parking space is tight. The property is up a hill. If you don’t have a car, the walk to the lake side takes quite an effort. If only we could have met the owners personally and got to know them better. In fairness the owners Sharron and Paul did indicate they live on site and is contactable 24/7. Check in instructions were sent to you via email and you check out by simply shutting the door and leaving. Overall, a highly recommended stay.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the town centre and Wharf . Room clean and spacious , we stayed for 4 nights and our rooms were cleaned and amenities replenished every day . Will definitely come again !

Staff were super friendly. It was a good price for good accommodation, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants etc. Small things could have earned a full 5 star rating such as extra pillows as ours were a bit flat, having more toilet paper as 3 rolls single ply for 4 people on a 5 day trip didn’t cut it, but overall a good experience. The laundry was a bit dated so we ended up using the laundromat down the road, and we had no idea where the gym or restaurant was which would have been nice to have been informed of when we checked in.

I didn't see the check-in time clearly before booking. When I arrived, it was almost 10 pm. After communicating with the hotel and Ctrip, I solved it smoothly. Ruth was very enthusiastic, took the initiative to text me to tell me to return to the station to pick me up, and then gave me some ingredients to let me burn it myself for a night. Feel at home.

Hotel facilities are old and others are okay.

Very good facilities, plenty of parking spaces, small swimming pool, good service, enthusiasm, cooking, indoor cleaning, very satisfied.

The motel is in a good location. But the hotel is quite run down and very tired. The unit we had was relatively clean. The swimming pool looked a bit like a scene from a horror movie... In summary, It wasn't a bad experience to stay there, and it was quite good value for money.
