Grace.1Stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights. It's definitely budget-friendly, and you get what you pay for. The cleanliness was average, One great thing is that you can easily catch a red bus to Maesai Market from the other side of the road from hotel.

The accommodation is spacious, looks good, is comfortable, but is not soundproof. Behind the hotel is a pub with loud concerts until late at night. However, the location of the hotel is very convenient.

Beautiful accommodation, good atmosphere, soft bed, clean room, view behind the room surrounded by mountain forests. Like staying in a valley The property also has a cafe. Breakfast includes boiled rice, boiled eggs, fruits, hot tea and can order fresh coffee or 1 drink in the cafe as well. The atmosphere is quiet.

Located near Mae Sai immigration, it's convenient for sightseeing.
The room is equipped with a TV and air conditioning, making it comfortable.
However, be careful as there were many small ants on the towels and in the room.
The front desk staff were friendly, guiding us to our room and chatting with us when we left.
