San Sai Hotels with Parking

It was the best night of our lives. The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming, loving, and simply adorable—they made our stay truly special. We spontaneously dropped by in the evening, called ahead, and within minutes the owners arrived, prepared our room, and even cooked for us since we couldn't find a restaurant. As if that weren't extraordinary enough, we released a lantern together as a surprise. We were also allowed to build our own bonfire, which made the evening perfect. We slept wonderfully; everything was very clean and cozy. The café is simply delicious, and being able to taste their homegrown fruit was a real treat. The two owners are an incredibly wonderful couple with so much heart. A place you'll never forget, and one we wholeheartedly recommend. 💛

Wow. Om is amazing. He is so attentive. Helped us with a bike hire and car hire so quickly. We came back to the room after a long day out ready to tidy it as we had left early, it had already been done. All of our dirty washing already taken and we were greeted back with a knock on the door and all of our washing ready and clean. We have never had service like it. Breakfast is also great and on the last day Om let us try a special Thai dish. He really puts his heart and soul into Fern Paradise and it really shows♥️

Very good, clean, complete, with kitchen equipment to do. Going with the family, everyone likes it very much. The children have fun playing in the water. The price is not expensive. After going to Chiang Mai, I will go to use the service again. Play in the water until

Very good and calm experience. Cheap costs of living but of indeed good quality, and there was always a working air conditioner in rooms. The food in the nearby cafe was always fresh, and I was even allowed to make my own food there. Many exotic plants and I loved living in the hotel very much. People are calm and mild and interesting in talking. I could walk to the nearby market several times easily, although it was initially seemed far (~7 km away). Calm rural area, many cows, bananas plants etc. Several times I heard music late and water was turned off one time, and mosquitoes problems. But these were not very annoying considering the overall good quality of my living experience there. I will probably return here in the future. Thank you.

The room is very good. The surrounding atmosphere is considered okay. I criticize the breakfast that is very cold, put in the container, which some such as bread is very crispy and sticky. You may try to find a way to serve breakfast. If it is a breakfast prepared for the guests, if not served hot, try to find a menu that is cold.

Best value for money for a family golf trip. The staff are very friendly and it is a great place to relax. Because it is a bit far from downtown, it takes a while to call Grab or Bolt. If you use hotel pick-up service (one way), you can use a van for 600 baht.

Good choice for those who looking for house away from city business. House have all equipment to cook by yourself. Water not too hot. Rooster in the morning will let you know he is wake up. It's a village, so nothing surprised me by this way. About 30 minutes to Chiang Mai.

The room is clean. No problem with smell. But the facilities are not amenities There is no plug at the head of the bed. The wifi code cannot enter. The room does not keep sound. The head of the bed next to the corridor Can hear people walking clearly. Very bad feeling
