We were in bad weather conditions in Mardin, but the hotel staff and manager Tarık Mr welcomed us greatly, and we were on the road in the unseen cloud and over-sight rain, and they welcomed us and immediately offered hot tea. They really acted very intimately and sincerely in order to relax and be happy.. All staff were very interested and ridiculous.. There was no wonderful breakfast and health 🙏🏼.. We plan to go back in spring we will never stay in another hotel .. We were very happy and comfortable... We couldn't say goodbye to the Lord of the Historics when we left but I'm telling everybody here forever love and greeting again.. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.

The people working at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The location is just walking distance to everywhere in Eski Mardin (Old Mardin). I enjoyed staying at Tuğhan Hotel.
