Highly recommended! Perfect for couples ❤️ we had an awesome weekend break. Beautiful design and atmosphere drives you into vacation mood 😀Very friendly staff, boutique breakfast. Location right in the center of everything, close to the sea harbor. A bit noisy at night, but you are going to be a part of this activity.

İlk defa bir işletmeye özel olarak yorum yapma ihtiyacı hissettim. Kızımla 2 gece konakladık ama zamanımız olsa kesinlikle uzatırdık. Her açıdan her şey harikaydı. Birçok yere yürüme mesafesindeydik. Gezilecek yerler ve yemek yerleri hakkında bilgilendirme mesajı attılar ilk defa gittiğimiz Ayvalık ve yakın çevresinde rahatlıkla gezebildik. Odalar, banyo her yer tertemizdi ilk defa gönül rahatlığıyla yatakta uyuduk, banyoyu kullandık. Hele kahvaltıya bayıldık! Beklentimizin çok çok üzerindeydi. Hiçbir yiyecek israf olmayacak şekilde ihtiyacınız olan her şey de vardı. Ve özellikle açık büfe düzenine de hayran kaldık. Kahvaltı yaptığımız bahçe huzur dolu. Herkes güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Odalarda ihtiyacınız olacak herşey mevcut. Seneye inşallah kızlarımla birlikte gideceğimiz içimize sinen bir yer bulduk her şey için kendilerine ve çalışanlarına çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Seneye görüşmek üzere. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla kalmalarını tavsiye ederim.

Stayed here second time, because we loved the hotel, the location and convenience of it. The front desk staff changed this year, and we were unsatisfied with the attitude of the old guy at the front desk with a moustache. We don’t remember the name. His way of talking to the returning customers is not tolerable according to my experience. He has a way of looking down. Apart from the one single staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is plenty. One additional note, it seemed like they started to offer the hotel parking lot to not staying guests. So it is overparked.

Everything was excellent. ONE thing. Open the pool for QUIET ADULTS or LAP swimmers EARLY in the morning. ( There's no lifeguard, so it is not safety or inurance to be concerned with) It must be fear of noise. Change in policy and notice to new guests would be the only effort.) ALL other things were PERFECT !!

Hotel location was great, room was clean. Just we were not too happy with the breakfast. It was not what we expect from hotels located these beautiful local areas,

A very quiet hotel, in a quiet place, near the beach. Living on the 3rd floor, viewing towards the street, from the balcony in the morning, the sun rises over the sea. From the hotel 10 minutes to the nearest shop on foot, there are stops in the direction of the port and the direction of the city of Aivalik. The room has everything you need - a working air conditioner, hot water showers, washing facilities, a teapot. In the closet only 2 hangers (I think that is the norm in Turkey). The refrigerator didn't work, but you could use what was standing on the veranda for food. Stopped for two nights - there was no cleaning, the towels weren't changed. Maybe it was all possible to do on order, but I didn't have to. Wi-fi is available only in public places the area is large enough. Staff is friendly and responsive. To the mold and port, it was easy to walk, but in comfortable shoes. I recommend for a quiet rest and solo travel.

Normal accommodation for its price. Located in the historic center, 5 minute from the sea. It’s the old building so there are some limitations: only two socket per room, no warm water in the sink, little bathroom not very comfortable. But for one night it’s okay. The manager is very welcoming. Although there can be problems during check in as there is not pertmanent reception. So when you arrive you need to call the property. If you don’t have mobile connection it can be a challenge. So it’s better to get in contact with the manger in advance

Great location a short walk to the main town. Breakfast was great every morning. Lots of stairs to get to the rooms
