TtomaSophieThe service is unbelievable for a 2-star hotel. I got an experience that was worth more than the price.
When I looked at the map, I thought I had to walk up to a high point, but I actually took the elevator down to the clock tower.
The staff were very friendly and called me a taxi to the bus stop on the way back. The taxi driver was also super friendly and made my stay in Kusadasi wonderful.
The view from the room was amazing, and I could smoke on the balcony, so as a non-smoker, I had to close the window and rest at certain times, but that's normal in Turkey. lol
The breakfast was also delicious and I had seconds!
I'd definitely like to use it again when I come to Kusadasi.

Ooz_hurricaneLet me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site.
The negatives
- The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here.
- food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy.
- entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try.
Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

JJulia GushchoThe hotel itself is new in terms of rooms, and everything is fine. We had a sea view, and the view is truly beautiful—the hotel is on a hill, with the city and the coastline spreading out below. The downside is the poor water quality; it smelled, and the bathroom regularly smelled of stagnant, stale water. The sink also clogged regularly, but the staff cleaned it periodically.
We stayed at the hotel for three days, two of which were without WiFi. Even the TV didn't work, as it was also connected to the WiFi.
The breakfasts weren't up to par for a five-star hotel. There were no desserts (only jam and plain bread), a meager amount of fruit (watermelon and grapes only), and everything was limited. The worst thing (unacceptable for us) was that there was no whole-bean coffee at all (there was no coffee machine). The coffee machine used Jacob's instant coffee. This is terrible—a five-star hotel doesn't have whole-bean coffee, even the most basic kind.
The location is also very poor. It's located a bit out of town on a mountain. The only way to get there is by taxi; it's not possible to walk (the road isn't even lit, and there's no sidewalk). Taxi fares can be prohibitive – a ride to town costs 300 lira (about 600 rubles), and to the beach, about 350-380 lira (700-750 rubles). Uber doesn't work in this town, so we had to negotiate with taxi drivers.
In our opinion, this hotel is only suitable for those who want privacy without visiting anything nearby, but even then, bring a coffee if you're as into drinking it every day as we are.

GGuest UserБыли в этом отели 3 дня. Хорошее и удобное расположение в центре. Недалеко от городского пляжа и от дамского пляжа . Приветливый персонал . Не хватает лифта ) номер был на 3 этаже .Чисто , каждый день убирались. Завтраки немного скудноваты, но голодными не оставались. Не очень удобные подушки. В целом отель хорош, рекомендую!

GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Much better than expected. Clean, spacious room, amazing view and friendly staff. I ended up extending an extra night. Location is 5 min drive from most main attractions or 15-20 min to main bus stops.

GGuest UserThe staff was very helpful with both the front desk and the restaurant.
When the door of the room was not open, he came to help me immediately from the front desk, and it was around 21 o'clock at night, but the maintenance was called and the repair response was quick. I was more satisfied with the speed, kindness and very satisfied than any hotel I have ever seen.
At the restaurant, I was greeted with a smile every morning and had an omelet made every day, but it was delicious. I was also satisfied with the number of buffet items.
I want to use it again!

GGuest UserHello . We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The location is wonderful. With a sea view. Very close to the city center. The price of the hotel is very affordable compared to many hotels. Therefore, knowing this, I think we need to know that expectation has something to do with price. Since we had the opportunity to stay in a summer house, my expectations were not high. If you say you only go on holiday once a year, it may disappoint you. The smiling face of the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. The only thing missing is activity. There is no animation. There are no water slides. It's nice for 2-3 days, but then you start to get bored. We said let's go to relax and we achieved our goal. If you want to relax, don't miss it. But if you say no, you want to have fun like crazy, it won't suit you.

I can see ara in the cleanliness of the room.
But the front staff was gentle and the location and view were good, so it was not painful to stay.
