Kusadasi Hotels with Parking

This boutique hotel offers genuine hospitality and a perfect location. We’ve just had a 3-night stay at this property. It is a very small, family-run hotel, and the personal touch truly makes a difference. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Every morning started with a delicious, traditional Turkish breakfast. It is served in a quaint little courtyard that offers a peaceful, lovely atmosphere. Our room was quite small. However, it was completely adequate and functional for a short 3-night stay and featured good air conditioning.

Let me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site. The negatives - The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here. - food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy. - entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try. Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

We stayed for 3 nights, the room was large, very quiet and comfortable, the hotel view was very beautiful, and there was an ancient castle attraction in a few minutes walk, and there was a pink beach with many net red restaurants, but the meal in the hotel was also very good, eating in the hotel can enjoy the most beautiful scenery, The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic, (of course to tip, whether it is cleaning the room, bellman, restaurant waiter), in addition, the hotel introduced the tour charter and tour guide are also very good! This hotel certainly doesn't deserve 5*. Despite the fact that it was built in 2019, renovation from 2023. The furniture on the balcony is worn out, the room they gave you has a view of who knows where. - the bed is not a single king size, but two single beds connected - not a summer blanket, but some kind of ”towel”, it gets cold under the air conditioner, and there is nothing to warm up with. - there is a small parking lot behind the hotel for guests - breakfasts are so-so, standard Turkish: a large selection of homemade cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, bread, 3 types of fruit (apples, watermelon, small pears), ready-made omelet, not tasty soy sausage and sausages. There are no normal juices, a couple of ready-made ones from the machine. The coffee from the machine is also not tasty. - WHY DOES THE REFRIGERATOR ONLY WORK WITH A CARD INSERTED? You can't leave food in the refrigerator!!! Very bad!!! + There is a fenced beach club - Nix by Seven for Life, 3.5 km to the beach, 7 minutes by car. A long, extended beach of 3 km +- sandy, because of this the water is muddy, dirty, there is some seaweed. On the beach, the sun loungers were closed and tied at 20:30, but the music was playing further in the bar itself, there were almost no people. Keep in mind that the hotel is located on the other side of central Kusadasi, where the port and bird island are. We drove 35-40 minutes during the day by car from the bird island to this hotel. But, it is next to Zeus Cave (Zeus Cave) and Milli Park (National Park). In 5 km. The hotel will do for a couple of nights, no more. It is not clear why the prices on the website for 1 night jump so much, sometimes $138, sometimes $1200, sometimes $90... such a range of prices is strange. $100 max for this hotel.

Clean and comfortable apartment. There were dishes, a fridge, and a stove, which was very convenient. The sea view was excellent. There was also a shop and the beach nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay

The reception helped me check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel is clean, just like the description. It’s close to Kuşadası Center and about a 12-minute walk to the beach.

Hello . We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The location is wonderful. With a sea view. Very close to the city center. The price of the hotel is very affordable compared to many hotels. Therefore, knowing this, I think we need to know that expectation has something to do with price. Since we had the opportunity to stay in a summer house, my expectations were not high. If you say you only go on holiday once a year, it may disappoint you. The smiling face of the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. The only thing missing is activity. There is no animation. There are no water slides. It's nice for 2-3 days, but then you start to get bored. We said let's go to relax and we achieved our goal. If you want to relax, don't miss it. But if you say no, you want to have fun like crazy, it won't suit you.

The hotel is a few minutes from the ladies Beach. The room was quiet and small, but sufficient. There was delicious breakfast in a beautiful garden. In the bathroom the water did not run out of the shower, so the floor was always wet. The rooms were closed with a key, which was also for the electricity supply. It had to get out of the room door and could not open it quickly in the emergency.

This hotel is very well located, walking distance to the waterside, shopping, restaurants etc. The staff are absolutely exceptional and go above and beyond. Breakfast was nice. The rooms would benefit from an upgrade.

It's a bit weird cuz the water is salty like sea water(or that is) the best is they have a swim poor with such a good price, the pool is clean and warm.
