Very ordinary hotel, old facilities, high price

Hotel location is good, it's close to the highway so easy to get to. The hotel staff were nice and offered us water on arrival. The room is very spacious, clean and nice. The lock pad to our room was not working, we reported it to the front desk, but they did not fix it right away, they were not able to move us to a different room either and they did not offer any compensation. So we always needed to have someone inside the room to open the door from inside or we had to call the attendant at the front desk couple of time when no on was in the room so a bit of hassle.

It was the peak tourist season, and this hotel was a bit of a choice to go to the University of Buffalo. Not bad, very suitable for travel and vacation. However, all hotels in the United States have breakfast that is really not flattering.

Very friendly staff, and the rooms are beautiful! Definitely looking forward to coming back. The king room I stayed in had a big fridge, a dishwasher, microwave, pull out soda bed and was very spacious.

The location is excellent and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The front desk reception is warm and professional, and the check-in procedure is efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding is of high quality, and the bathroom facilities are complete and separated from wet and dry areas. The sound insulation effect is good, ensuring a quiet rest environment. The breakfast is rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western flavors, and the ingredients are fresh. Some facilities are slightly old, but it does not affect the use experience. The overall service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the cost-effectiveness is outstanding. It is suitable for business travel and leisure vacations. The check-out process is convenient and the leftover items are handled in time.

Very close to the attraction, walking distance, the main convenience, go to the cruise ship to get a body of water and come to take a shower, you can run refreshingly at night to see the fireworks. There is a children's swimming pool where you can take your baby to play time. There is an open-air square on the side where you can play the piano, play chess, and breakfast is more general.

After checking in, there was always the sound of an electric drill. After consulting the hotel customer service, they said that there was always the sound of an electric drill from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. They couldn't change rooms or check out. We checked in before 12:00, so we could only take a break in the lobby. We went to the room several times in the middle. There was always the sound of an electric drill. We waited until 6:00 pm, and the sound stopped before we could go into the room to rest. Then the electric drill started again on time at 8:00 the next day. Such guest rooms should not meet the standards at all. The platform did not clearly inform that the hotel had decoration conditions and quality problems, which violated the legitimate rights and interests of the guests. The hotel failed to provide guests with a good resting place and sufficient rest time. Instead, they were strongly affected and seriously disturbed by the noise, which affected the guests' physical and mental health and made complaints. Environment: Very poor, very poor

The brand service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are complete and there is a microwave oven. Parking is free. The water and cookies were sent to the stay, the taste was good and the service was very user-friendly. This family maintained the consistent level of the brand, very close to Niagara Falls, worth living.

Good value for money for the region. Cleaning needs to be improved as we found a cockroach as soon as we opened the room. They need to ventilate the hotel more since they have a smoking area. Many stores around which I consider excellent for shopping.
