The favorite hotel in the United States is not five stars than five stars. Close to the First Arts and Sciences College in the United States, super elegant, and taste everywhere in the details. Stayed many times, super clean, high-end bedding. The stairwell has a self-service water bar, soda and freshly ground coffee are delicious, fresh milk in the refrigerator, and there are three options. If the price is affordable, close your eyes.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Outstanding location and facilities. We appreciated the pool and jacuzzi.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Excellent breakfast. It would be nice to have a small frig and ability to make hot water in the room. There was a strong cleaning fluid smell in the room.

Average, slightly higher housing prices

Convenient transportation. Easy parking. Air conditioning is a rare and noisy one. Breakfast is relatively simple, but frozen meat can be served in a microwave oven.

Very disappointed! We were traveling with small kids. I booked 2 rooms with the same transaction with double beds each room and when I arrived they gave me one room one 1st floor double bed and one room on 3rd floor with one bed. When I told them why they gave me one room with one bed they said that the information they got from Trip.com was for a one bed , which was a total lie , I showed him the the rooms I booked were both for double beds. They were dishonest. Also our 18 months baby found a pill on the floor on one of the rooms, very dangerous.

The property overall is very high priced. On a 90 degree day, the air conditioner took hours to ramp up. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. No breakfast or in room coffee. While property is old, the rooms have been updated and were comfortable. The location is close to downtown museums and Berkshire Atheneaum.

Best location, very friendly personal.

For an old Historic Howard Johnsons, this motel is pretty unique. The bed was super comfortable. More comfortable than any motel I have stayed in recently. If you are looking for an inexpensive great night's sleep...and you do not care about luxury...this place has got just that.
