Lloganm818This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking.
Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quite place, easy parking. The breakfast is good for american standards.
Room has a nice space, good screen and bathroom size.
The room needs lots of improovement on lightining, each is pretty poor (and I enjoy low light places, but this was way too much).
Front desk guy didn't even say hello upon arrival, even I said so, and he just repeated again ”reservation?!”
Nice pool, nice gym, just was forgoten to turn on that water fontain.

For a full cleaning service, guests must request it in advance at no additional cost through reception. GGuest UserOverall my husband and I were going to a party for my coworkers for the Holidays. Realized how far the drive was from Dallas, TX and knew alcohol would be involved. This room was perfect for the commute. We had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. I could have stayed all day. Friendly staff, had 2 room keys, WiFi, breakfast.
