The hotel was extremely clean. It was very updated and had all modern amenities. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to have a late check out. Great choices for the breakfast. Not one complaint. I will definitely return if I am in the area again!

This hotel was amazing! The location was perfect for our family to access after the events we had planned this weekend! Close to food, gas and stores. The pool looked amazing! The checkin staff were nice and courteous as well. This will definitely be my family’s first choice when staying in Madison.

Love this hotel! We have stayed on this property many times over the years during our annual Black Friday shopping weekend. We have always found this hotel to be very quiet and clean, with comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, a warm and welcoming entrance and an incredibly friendly and helpful front-desk staff (Thanks Lucy!) Convenient location close to great shopping and many dining options— Great value, highly recommend!

The location is excellent, the breakfast is okay, and the rooms are clean. However, the mattresses and pillows are a bit uncomfortable, so you may want to bring your own pillow if you are a light sleeper. Here are some additional details that I would want to share with potential guests: The hotel is located right off a major highway with easy access to Downtown area, airport and interstate to other major cities. The rooms are big, but they are functional and have everything you need for a short or long stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a fitness center and a indoor pool. Overall, I would recommend The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI to budget-minded travelers who are looking for a clean and convenient place to stay. Nice and quite. Large rooms, low cost. The lobby and lift definitely smells like a swimming pool. But there's not much else to complain about. Free breakfast, though very little variety - don't expect much.

WWinnielee27The environment is next to the highway, walking is not very convenient, sleeping with the window open is a bit sound, but closing the window is very quiet, this is a hotel I have lived in with a few tender windows open, it is very comfortable to ventilate without air conditioning. The breakfast in the room is average, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but the sanitation is very clean, free parking is available, the backyard is large, there are a few trees, you can park under the big tree to avoid the sun. The service staff is also very enthusiastic ❤️

Great place to stay and affordability is excellent with free breakfast. I would recommend this place because the staff is dedicated to make your stay great. The rooms and the general motel itself are very clean with a great location that gives you many options.

The staff was very friendly when I arrived, and checkout was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I also requested a 6am wake-up call, and they followed through right on time, which was very helpful. My room was clean, the heater worked well, and overall I was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A couple of downsides: there’s no elevator, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs to my room. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options to choose from. The only other issue was the atmosphere in the common areas. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, there were a a few guests who made things feel a bit uncomfortable. One person was loudly arguing and swearing in the hallway and at the front desk, and another guest appeared to be staying long-term, scolding her kids and a baby running around the breakfast area in just a diaper. It gave the public spaces a slightly uneasy vibe, even though the staff handled things as best they could and were consistently kind and professional. Overall, I had a clean and comfortable stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed a place in a pinch — I’d just keep expectations modest regarding amenities and the general lobby/hallway environment.
