The front desk is efficient and fast, the room is clean and quiet, the sound insulation effect is very good, and you can rest at ease. The beds are comfortable and soft, the bathing facilities are complete, and the intimate details reflect the high level of service, which relieves the fatigue of business trips.

HhoericWe chose to stay at Clovis which is not far from Fresno, after visiting the Yosemite National park. This holiday inn express offers above average accommodation, and there is a nice Japanese restaurant nearby (Japanese Kitchen) where we had a lovely dinner. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is nice. We didnāt get the chance to use the pool or spa. We only stayed one night as the next day we left for Bakersfield (en route visiting the Sequoia National Park). Overall it feels like a hotel for business travelers and itās like a 3-star hotel.

KKEITHThe room was acceptable. However, due to their remodeling, half the parking was taken up with construction equipment. Checking back into the hotel after work at 11pm proved impossible because there was zero parking spots available. I chose to recover my bags and check out versus risk parking on the street. And they charge $10/night for parking. Hard to do when they have none available and are overbooked.

First impression was clean. Appreciated having amenities like being dog-friendly and the mini fridge! The room was tidy, but I noticed a cockroach late at night and a face-stain(?) on the wallpaper. After that I sealed up my food to keep the roaches out, slept, and checked-out first thing in the morning.Ā
I let the front-desk know about the roach. They said thank you and would let management know. I also noticed that they had a planned exterminator visit at the end of the month posted on the wall behind the deskā¦

SSamantha LimlimWhen I booked the room I didn't know my cabin is without bathroom, until I got an email from the hotel giving me the access code to the bathroom. It wasn't that bad as I thought, the communal bathrooms and toilets are clean and just 10+ steps from the cabins. No window. Dirty bed covers with stainssss. Cabin wall is dusty, I have to wipe it all because my bed on the loft was right next against the wall. I can't comment on their service because the restaurant is closed for the winter, there's self- checkin, we didn't see any staff through out our stay. Overall it's still quite a pleasant stay for me. Like being in the nature.

RRomerThe interior space of the rooms is in need of updating. Poor and shotty workmanship is very evident in what is there now. The fitness room is accessed by an outside door next to the lobby and when I attempted to open it two homeless men staggered out. There were marks on the floor from spilt soda hopefully. It did not smell like urine but it was creepy. The have cameras in the unit but they either don't work or no one is monitoring the room. I recommened they do a couple physical sweeps every evening since it was mentioned this is not the first time they have had this problem. There is a container for dissenfectant wipes but it was empty. The fan in the fitness room does not work. The clock on the wall is not working. This is all in the fitness room.
The parking situation needs to be addressed. One exit is closed so you have to go against the directional traffic arrows to get out of the property.
We found the bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning acceptable.

PPENGI heard from customers that the surrounding area is not very safe, so I took everything in the car to the room. Actually, it was OK, nothing happened. The room is quite big.
