AAnonymous UserI encountered a rare tornado flood in the Hudson Valley of New York State. Water and electricity were cut off overnight. I booked two rooms on Ctrip overnight. I woke up in the morning and fled to this hotel in Chicopee. Arrived at 10:30 in the morning and told the girl at the front desk about our experience. After reporting to the manager, they arranged a room for us to wash and rest in ten minutes. At 1:00 noon, they gave us a second room. The hotel is just a few minutes down the highway. There are many restaurants around. It is very convenient. There is also free breakfast and free Starbucks coffee the day before yesterday. Clean, safe, good service, half an hour's drive from Amherst College

GGuest UserHotel was chosen for location as a middle point of a journey. Check in took a very long time because a pre authorised card was not processed before put arrival. We suspect this was the hotels reservation teams fault (as we work in hotel industry) however the lady who checked us in was very polite and helpful it was just an annoyance as it was already late and we were travelling with 3 children.
Room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast was very basic with no dairy free alternatives for tea/coffee.

LLeidingchaishaoThe overall hotel is old and similar to a 4-star hotel in China. The room is small. The bed is very comfortable. There is no coffee machine and no hot water. There is a pizza restaurant next to the main entrance. It is the cheapest and most delicious pizza restaurant in the United States. You can try it if you pass by.

LLebornJamesVery satisfied with staying at this hotel, the location is very convenient, only 5 kilometers from Westford － Metlo Airport, the surrounding dining options are rich, Tacobell and other restaurants are within walking distance. Although the room is not large, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is comfortable, equipped with infrastructure such as coffee machine, the health is good, the 24-hour front desk service is very intimate, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, the free breakfast category is complete, which can meet the travel needs. The fly in the ointment is that some facilities are slightly outdated. I am encountering the hotel in the renovation, but the overall price is very high, next time I come to Ledro will still consider staying.

AAnonymous UserIt was a good location. Close to stores and downtown. Nice pool. The breakfast that was included was a yogurt, oatmeal, or cornflakes. We ordered from the menu and our breakfast was not included, so we ended up paying. The outlets on the night stands did not work. The heater was difficult to mess with. Maintenance had to come up and adjust. The maintenance guys was very nice and helpful. No microwave in the room. The only microwave was in the lobby store. That was a hassle. Didn't like that. Overall, it was an ok stay but need lots of adjustments. Staff was super friendly.

Luckily the younger Latina women in the evening/ overnight were friendly and hospitable.
