Lake George Hotels with Parking

This hotel was great. The manager/owner knows what he’s doing and the rooms are comfortable, if a bit small. The grounds are lovely and the location is perfect! You are within five minutes of some great places to eat and a few more minutes to the lake.

Beautiful location directly across the street from Lake George. Bar, restaurant, pool and free parking available behind the hotel. My room was a 2 bedroom and 2 bath with a pull out couch and a balcony with high top furniture. Excellent facilities and the staff were very helpful. The bathrooms were spacious and very clean with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. No complaints about my room as it fit a family of four no problem. I was attending a wedding and they accommodated my family with an early check in at 1pm with no additional cost. A definite must when visiting Lake George NY.

Booked one room with two double beds, plus a one bedroom suit with a king bed, a sofa bed in living room This 1 bedroom suit come with a hugh living room. The rooms were cleaned and spacing. Breakfast is good.

We like the location of the hotel. It’s not far from the center of the village. Sometimes it feels easier to just walk (to a restaurant or an attraction) than drive. Some details of the hotel we don’t like - for instance the hotel says free WiFi. But you don’t know until checked in that it’s only free up to 3M. After that you’ll need to pay a fee. This speaks to the open network btw. The password given on the key sleeve does not work on any of the secured WiFi network that’s related to the hotel. My husband tried several and gave up - he revert to using his phone data. The hotel also says free kayak, paddle boat etc to use. We later found out that the rental is expected to be done at a certain time (15 mins on the hour) and up to 45 mins. Ie if you want to kayak longer, you will need to return it after 45mins and wait 15 mins on the beach, sign another waiver, then kayak 45 mins more, etc. This feels very disruptive. I asked the beach staff why it’s the case, but the answer is not very convincing. These are just examples, there are other details of the hotel that feel either under-delivering or a bit too restrictive.

Location is perfect. The hotel is old but they do th're best to keep it clean. Service is good.

We were a little early for the season but the hotel is close to everything. Indoor pool made it fun for the kids.When they couldn't go outside because of the rain. The breakfast in the mornings was delicious. The staff was very pleasant and very accommodating, even though they did not have wifi due to a power issue, they were still very able and willing to assist us.

My man and I decided to take an over night trip and found this establishment easily and perfect for our stay. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was large and comfortable with the comfort that we needed for a quick getaway. We were able to settle in, relax and get a good nights sleep. There was everything the online booking stated including the affordable price. We would definitely return in the future!
