valet and bellman were promt and very friendly. check in was fast ,courteous and very pleasant. asked if there was anything we needed. there was security at the elevator to the rooms. room was very nice, comfortable and clean. the ****** was clean, had variety of games and some we hadn't played before. everyone was friendly, staff courteous and host looked us up and gave us a gift. we ate at the steakhouse , food was good, I would liked a little more variety but all in all was very good. valet and checkout was a breeze. we had a very good time . was just one night , a stop over on the way to our destination.

Well I guess it's because of COVID-19 but no in room coffee plus i was looking forward to getting the little paul mitchell's shampoo & conditioners but there was none. Only shampoo,conditioner & liquid soap locked into fixtures on wall. The service & rooms were above a great rating tho

Facility was nice. Customer Service was zero I was confronted by a customer service agent that decided she wanted to play games with sexual innuendo. She told me and my husband that I was gonna give him a whip tonight and also she said that is that your son or your husband I didn’t appreciate it. It was very unprofessional then to top it off. Alarm went off at 2:40 in the morning. We had to evacuate the hotel but false alarm And the coffee pot doesn’t work now you tell me if that was a good night or not I would like to have my refund or some points added to my account in lieu of this happening thank you Sharon Jackson Lucas

Loved every minute! The stay was pretty smooth .

The staff was extremely friendly! The room was ”alright”. Some of the light bulbs in the room were out and the tv only had 4 channels. If it wasn't for the great staff my stay would have been terrible. I had meetings all day the 2 days I was there so I didn't spend much time in the room, thank goodness. The proximity to my meetings was also a plus, the room it's self though was not the best.

Quiet

Opened by Indians, the facilities are average, next to the road, slightly noisy, parking is free and you can park at the door of the room, breakfast is average, standard motel but the name is inn. The biggest advantage is low price, suitable for overnight stays.
