Hotel opening Summer 2022. The SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Upland Ontario North is a modernly designed hotel with 115 newly renovated hotel rooms and suites. It is located on Historic Route 66, in the city of Upland, just 12 minutes away from the Ontario International Airport. Our hotel is the perfect choice for both family and business travelers in the Inland Empire, as we are about 45 minutes away from some of the most popular attractions in Southern California, including Disneyland®, Knotts Berry Farm®, and Angel Stadium. We look forward to welcoming you to our Upland, California hotel soon.
"Breakfast was wonderful (not just cereal and fruit) and served by nice staff. Room was underwhelming. Not what I was expecting for the price. I had to wipe leftover stains off the floor upon entry. The shower doors would not stay closed (so water went onto the floor) and the toilet wouldn't work unless you ”shimmy” the handle. Housekeeping is loud and begins harassing and knocking on doors well before 11am checkout time. Some people don't want to check out until actual check out time. Feels like I was being pushed out. Otherwise, not a great stay but a decent one, at least. I'll be trying other hotels if/when I return to the area for travel and keep this one in mind as a last resort. "
