Guest UserI was very impressed with the upgrades to the rooms. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the dining area when I went down for breakfast yesterday. The drink machine was not working and the front desk agent was not very friendly. She needs training in Customer service. My phone in my room didn't work so I has to keep going to the front desk for questions and concerns.

Anonymous UserI stay here often but this stay was horrible. The tub water did not go out. The tub leaked when showering. The room had a horrible smell and there was hair on the sheets.
