GGuest UserDidn’t realise before booking that this is a Chinese-operated hotel aimed I would imagine at hosting the local Chinese workforce. All TV channels were in Chinese, breakfast was Chinese food, coffee machine instructions were in Chinese. However, the staff were all Zambian and extremely helpful. Supposed to be a no-smoking hotel but it smelled strongly of cigarettes in our corridor. Bathroom kept smelling like a ‘wet dog’. No facilities in the hotel but luckily a great bar and restaurant next door.

Amazing
BBubiandenuoyan 888I came to Lusaka, Zambia for a business trip and stayed at the Venice Hotel for the first time. It was a great experience! The facilities are on par with what you'd find back home, and the breakfast spread is quite rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. The internet connection was good, and the service was very attentive. I'll definitely be making the Venice Hotel my go-to for future business trips.

However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected.The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.

LLauren GoatleyI usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things:
I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30.
When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served.
When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while.
We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did.
Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though.
When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head!
So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

GGuest UserThe environment and atmosphere are quite nice; many foreign tourists visit. It's located in the city center, within walking distance of the largest shopping mall, and has convenient transportation and easy access to taxis. The courtyard itself has a beautiful landscape.

지지구별방랑자zI booked a twin room, but the room I received was different from the photos I saw when I booked. The staff and the lodge owner were friendly, but
there were no outlets next to the bed or nearby, so I had to use the single outlet at the bathroom entrance. There was an air conditioner and refrigerator, but they didn't work.
So, I had to sleep with a fan on a far-off outlet in the heat.
Also,
I was excited because breakfast was included and room service was available,
but the breakfast they brought me at 9 a.m. was just black tea, a piece of fried chicken on dry bread without any jam or butter, lol.
