Nice apartment in quiet neighborhood The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is about a 15-minute easy walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Parma. The neighborhood is quiet but there are several very good restaurants and taverns within a minute or two walk. For senior citizens, the bedroom next to the bathroom on the first floor has two twin beds, spaced about a foot apart. The large bed is located in a loft up a steep narrow spiral staircase with a low beam at the top. Navigating in the middle of the night requires care. However, we managed without any issues. The owner met us upon our arrival and was very attentive to our needs.

Great rental in Parma Our stay here was excellent. The owner, Michele, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and communicative. The setup in the apartment was welcoming and had everything available for proper living - it was as if we stayed at a family’s own dwelling, rather than a generic rental. Very thoughtful.
