Room on the first floor of a building more or less halfway between the station and the city centre. Old 70s furnishings, total absence of staff at the reception, if we want to call it that, but it is better to say anteroom in the middle of the 5 doors of this pseudo B & B. Breakfast, as they call it, with coffee machine with pods at the entrance of the reception/hall, and some packaged products placed in a basket near the entrance. Noisy room and not so quiet neighbors, with people coming and going at night. Rude and rude owner.

Highly recommended structure. Very helpful and kind staff. Very clean rooms, essential furniture, brand new and very comfortable bathrooms. A note of merit in particular to the cleaning girl: an extremely helpful and friendly person. Recommended for anyone looking for a room and a fair price, close to the center and with all the essential comforts for a peaceful and pleasant journey.

The BnB is located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and, for those interested in art, a stone's throw from the monumental center of Pilotta. Paid underground parking one minute away on foot, 14 euros for 24 hours, I recommend it instead of the parking meter present in all the streets adjacent to the bnb but difficult to find free and above all with a maximum stop of 2 hours and for residents only from 19.30 to 7.30 . Quiet area, clean room, with essential and modern furnishings. No problems checking in.

If you are looking for a place for discreet and confidential meetings, this is ideal, but it also has significant limitations. Good location between the center and the station. The rest is best left alone. These are 5 rooms located on the first floor of a building in Via Paciaudi. The room was small, ugly, TV that didn't work, on the first floor so if you open the curtains you can see the passage of pedestrians and the pedestrians look at you curiously. Slow Wi-Fi, noisy air conditioning. In short, forget about comfort and relaxation. The point is that there is no receptionist for a good part of the day and all night. Guests are left with three keys, one for the room, the other for the door of the apartment in which the 5 rooms inside the building are confined and the last key to open the door of the building. In our case, we arrived in the morning, we left the documents with the guy at the reception, and then nobody was seen at the reception until the morning of the following day. The neighbor, undoubtedly a polite and well-mannered person, welcomed guests on average 1 every 2-3 hours. That is, guests, for whom he went to open the main door, let them enter the building, made them accommodate in the apartment where there were 5 rooms including ours, and then made them accommodate in his room, guests who were not to leave no document as there was no one at the reception, guests who spent no more than 30 minutes and half an hour in the room with her. This went on throughout the night, disturbing us for not being able to rest. We therefore recommend that you avoid this place and stay in one of the many hotels nearby. At least, if there are any problems, there is someone at the reception!

Apart from the location, halfway between the city center and the station, this port has nothing good about it. It is simply a large renovated 4-5 room apartment on the first floor of a large building inhabited by condominiums and offices with a landlord license. The room is on the first floor and every time you wait for a friend you have to leave the apartment where the rooms are, enter the hall of the building and open the door to let your friend in, as the door from inside the room and of the apartment does not open. The AC doesn't work, crazy hot all the time. Mattress background and very uncomfortable. Blind bathroom with fan that doesn't work and doesn't suck up bad smells but just a lot of confusion even at night and doesn't let you sleep. Nice little boy at the reception. Very uncomfortable windows with rope shutters like from the 50s, very hard and very tiring to pull up. Breakfast with packaged croissants and a wafer that makes an undrinkable coffee. I certainly don't rent a room here, it's much better to go to a hotel, it's more comfortable and more peaceful.

Ottima posizione, camera funzionale e pulitissima, proprietari gentilissimi . Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Lo consiglio soprattutto a chi va a Parma senza macchina, si è in pieno centro a due passi da tutto. Zona centrale ma piuttosto silenziosa

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, pulito, silenzioso. Vicino al centro e alla stazione. Possibilità di farsi un caffè. Comodo il check in on line, anche se io preferisco interagire col personale (molto gentile) che abbiamo conosciuto il giorno della partenza.
