We enjoyed the property, proximity to the beach, and restaurant meal. We enjoyed the sauna centre, but found the front desk staff (for the sauna centre) to be rude. We otherwise enjoyed the peace and serenity if the sauna centre.

Excellent Hotel Good location next to the sea. Walking distance to the city center. Sauna included in the price.

Great stay Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)

the experience is very negative, the staff is angry and unfriendly, and it doesn't matter - a grandmother from Finland, a grandfather from Sweden (they don't understand Estonian anyway, you can tell them to say whatever you want) or just a person from Tallinn. and if we talk about medical staff, they are more like veterinarians who don't know how to say hello or goodbye.

No isolation in between hotel rooms. Next room had drinking party and it felt like we were in same room. We called reception and they send someone to take care of it. Didnt help, same party continued after. Not very relaxing time after spa in bed listening that noise. Too bad, overall premises are quite ok.
