There were so many strong points with this hotel one could mention: Its great location, very close to Naousa, the night life capital of Paris, still far enough from it to have a peaceful stay. The modern and thoughtfully designed rooms. A great à la carte breakfast, with a big variety of salty and swear dish options. Paron, the awarded modern Greek cuisine restaurant that lived up to its reputation the 2 times we had the opportunity to dine there. Above all however, the hotel staff with their kindness, smile, efficiency and “can do” attitude that made our 8 day long stay at Parilio memorable. This is a hotel worth staying at, again and again… on a truly beautiful island.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the service was incredible. They were very accommodating with our kids and their needs as well. Highly recommend!

Note this is the first time in my life I’ve taken the time to write a bad review online. Parilio Hotel has the potential to be one of the best hotels on Paros but fell way short of our expectations because of the service. Management needs to invest significant money and time into training its very inexperienced staff if it wants to continue to command luxury hotel pricing. The staff are all extremely welcoming and nice but simply lack experience in all aspects of hospitality operations and customer service. I’ll provide a few examples. At a five star property there should be a dedicated concierge to help guests plan their vacation (dining and activities). We went weeks without receiving a response from the hotel - I had to continually call and message the corporate office in Athens so they could nudge the hotel to respond. It was important to us to have a well planned trip given we were traveling with a nine month old. Our itinerary was not finalized until we arrived to the property and discussed it in person. We were told by hotel staff that they couldn’t contact a beach club that we were able to contact within five minutes to make a reservation. Our boat charter captain made a reservation for us at a restaurant before the hotel was able to. At a five star property the staff should take notes of specific requests. My wife and I booked massages with female therapists months prior to arriving to the hotel (and reconfirmed the massages multiple times). On the day of the massage we were greeted by a male therapist. At a five star property (at this price point) there should be service by the pool. I should not have to set-up my own lounge chairs for my family and wait for extended periods of time for towels and service. There is no poolside service and no one walks around to check in on you or take drink or food orders. You need to continually walk to the bar to get any attention. The food takes far too long to prepare. We waited over 90 minutes for lunch one day. When we first booked the trip we immediately messaged the hotel to let them know we’d be traveling with a nine month old. When we arrived to the property we were informed that the entire resort only had one high chair which was being used by another family while we were eating lunch. This issue was rectified by the second day but this should not happen at a five star property. Our room (which was beautiful) was at the very end of the resort (the last possible building you could be in on the property) - this proved to be extremely inconvenient with a stroller and the many bags we needed at all times for the baby. At a five star property the front desk staff should be more attentive and arranged for a more convenient room given the little one. The water on Paros is not drinkable (which we didn’t know prior to arriving and certainly not the hotel’s fault). This gave us some concern given we needed to wash and sterilize bottles and pump parts. The workaround the first day was li

Parilio may be one of my favorite hotels ever. I loved the simple elegance of the place. For people who appreciate architectural aesthetics, you will love it. It is so zen. I stayed for 4 nights with my two adult daughters. Things I love about it.. 1. THE STAFF: every member of the staff was so friendly and attentive. We would show up for breakfast and they would remember our individual coffee orders from the previous morning (and the coffee was excellent). It was the same thing for evening cocktails. They made us feel right at home and cared for. 2. THE FOOD: everything they served was delicious and high quality. We ate in town a few times but every meal we ate at Parilio was perfection, delicious, fresh and healthy. When we left to head home, we felt so good, not heavy and over-served like we often do on vacation. 3. OUR ROOM: the sun suite was so comfortable for the 3 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our little private pool area We could not have been happier. 4. THE LOACTION: Parilio is situated in the perfect spot. We loved that it was a short distance to Naousa, a little out of the busy-ness of town. It felt like an oasis every time we returned to the hotel and we were always warmly greeted by the staff. The only bad thing is that it was very, very hard to leave so be prepared for that!!! :)

Worthless... The worst hotel ever for a 5 star... I would never want my kids to eat or work there. Bad HR, bad management, bad communication and really irresponsible... This place shouldn't have the title as 5 stars but as 5 flats... I'm going to keep sending that btw until you post my main review.

I signed a waiter contract for the Parilio Hotel in Paros on April 16th, 2025, before exchanging dozens of emails, providing all required documents and having 2 hours meeting. They ensured me that I was going to surely work there beyond my criminal record after they had already seen it and I bought new pair of shoes, bus tickets, ferry boat tickets and other stuff that I was going to need there. They cancelled me on 24th 3-4 hours before my trip because of my criminal record. I got half of my tickets money returned but I had already spent 100€ more for shoes and other necessities. They told me that they can't do anything to get my money back and after all that they never communicated with me after lots of emails and messages I sent.... I would advise any other applicants to not pay a cent before signing any contracts but this is what happened to me and I hope no one gets this type of behaviour by the management. P.S. HR was always 2 days late in any process and the manager ensured that his phone is always open for any questions and help we needed and after they cancelled me he was declining each of my calls. Don't delete my post again
