✅ Easy check in/check out ✅ Front desk upgraded our room ✅ Comfy bed and pillow ✅ Good AC and shower heater ✅ Smart tv ✅ Good internet 😐 Fridge is quite not working 😐 Pool is huge and long however the beach bed are limited so u dont have much space to leave your things 😐 We requested a trolly for check out but didnt arrive until we decided to just carry all out things down 😐 Breakfast is okay, not much of choices 😐 Sad that the view of the sea is now different. Almost no sea view due to construction right infront of the hotel Will go back :)

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-to 20-minute walking distance of SM Mall of Asia. You can take an Ejeep from PITX and drop off at Coral Way, which is one block before SM Arena, making it easier to commute to the hotel. The reception area is large and has a friendly atmosphere. The hotel personnel is excellent as well; they respond to our inquiries even when they are unable to fulfill our requests. We have a problem with the air conditioner since it occasionally turns off on its own, but the room and bed are large. There aren't enough towels in the bathroom, so we ought to request housekeeping. There can only be two tiny free water bottles each room. The lack of a lifeguard, children's lifevests, and the ability for children to enter the pool alone makes it dangerous. Breakfast is a very Filipino style, with simple ingredients (sinangag, champorado,corned beef, longganisa, eggs,fish fillet, daing and also pancit, ec.) that taste amazing. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.

The staffs are very accommodating and they have the best service. Will get back here next time. We requested for a crib for the baby and the crib was really cute, they have the specification of for either boy and girl baby. The only thing that disappoints me is they do not have an oven but the overall amenities and service will be given a thumbs up and five star.

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. Had a fun and relaxing stay here. Crews are approachable and friendly. The location is accessible and has a 7/11 nearby. I would recommend, and will definitely come back. Home away from home. 🤍

I was charged double. I only found out when my credit card statement came. Tryp immediately acted on the complain however, they did so for the higher amount even if I showed proof of booking for the lower amount. Also, there is a discrepancy on the amount actually charged from the amount I booked. The hotel is good. Only the service is bad.

This is hotel is super classy. 5 stars all the way. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t maximize the facilities and everything it has to offer as our time then was just for a night and super tired coming from Boracay. Nevertheless I would love to have the opportunity to stay there again hopefully for a longer stay. I would imagine that’s it’s a great staycation for families in Manila. A little on the expensive side albeit.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel since it is only 700 meters away from the SMX convention center (we can get there in 10 minutes by foot). We loved our stay for the following reasons: 1. Perfect location since it is close to SMX convention center as well as to SM Mall of Asia. It is also connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy. 2. Awesome service. When we left the do not disturb sign for the whole day, they left a card that says we may call them up to 6 pm if we want to have our room cleaned, but since we did not mind a little clutter we decided not to ask for housekeeping services. Then at around 5:45 om they called us to make sure if we do not need anything else. 3. Love the toiletries, they use paraben and silicone free products so I no longer need to bring my own (which I usually do since sometimes hotel toiletries are too harsh and too heavily scented). 4. We booked the lowest tier room (studio deluxe) which has a water dispenser and a microwave aside from the usual hotel room amenities. We particularly loved the microwave because the nearby Golden Bay Seafood restaurant has large servings hence we just brought our leftovers to the hotel to be reheated on our next meal. 5. Food is good, we loved their seafood Aglio Olio which was savory with a slight kick. Breakfast buffet also has a nice variety with generally good food. 6. Reasonable room rates at around 4,000 PHP a night.

I had an amazing time in this hotel. Location is great, very close to the airport and Intramuros, Makati, BGC.. staff is so friendly and helpful. Definitely going to stay here next time in Manila as well
