It's my 2nd time to book here in GemstoneBR. Absolutely always wonderful stay! The unit was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. My only suggestion is regarding room placement — Everytime I booked I had requested a unit near the elevator but always it was assigned one farther away. I understand availability can vary and hope this can be accommodated in the future. But yeah, would definitely stay again!

It's clean despite some reviews saying they saw insects. We stayed there for my Oath Taking, it's near PICC have Alfamart and BDO in the ground floor. I just forgot to request for extra blanket. Room have hot and cold shower, also they have kitchen appliances available for your use during your stay. Also easy to book and fast confirmation.

Sending my appreciation thus my utmost support for this hotel and my hostess (person I am transacting with) during my stay in Pasay. All the list of amenities are provided and if requesting for other item not included in the list, the hostess can readily and immediately provide for your convenience. The location is most convenient for me since I have a transaction at DLSU-M and other nearby places. The hotel is also squeky clean before we entered the room and everything is tidy and well-kept. Dapat lng may admin na mag assist ng details ng booking ng mga ng bobook online pag dating sa residence or condo. Then send a detailed instructions how to book if there’s no admin to help kasi puro security guard andun sa lobby and they don’t have access on the bookings online.

Fantastic staycation🤩 ! Miss Melca and her staff are incredibly welcoming I just know their name because of their nameplates. The room was comfortable with a great view. And I fixed the room before I left. Highly recommended for a relaxing break. #COZY I'll definitely visit again. 🫡 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
