The location is great. There are plenty of shops nearby, and it’s very convenient for transportation.   I’m glad I came here. It was the best choice.

Close to the airport with convenient transportation. The front desk was very helpful with all my questions. Room service was good, and breakfast was à la carte. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

Overall, the environment is quite good, probably above average for Manila. However, there was no duvet, only a bedsheet, and no hairdryer. The air conditioning was dripping a bit. The service was good, and the staff were very friendly.

The room was clean, but don't expect it to look exactly like the photos. Unfortunately, the exhaust fan wasn't working. I stayed for two nights, and my key card had to be reactivated every time I went out, which was very inconvenient. The biggest disappointment was the service. Instead of fixing the issue, the front desk asked me to come down each time to reactivate my key card. For a hotel with over 25 years of operation, I expected a more professional, efficient, and accommodating team. The hotel could also benefit from having more energetic staff to provide quicker and better service.

Room is kinda dark but the proximity to to train stations is so close. Will ne back next month

They upgraded our room and the service was good, the room was also very nice. Though the tv I think is a bit outdated and both remotes didn’t work all the time, we had to change it in between. Though everything else was great, good thing they have a nearby convenient store for our spontaneous staycation.

Our stay at Kabayan Hotel Pasay was wonderful! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it's close to the airport, MRT/LRT stations, and major shopping areas.
