The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the basic amenities I needed. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always willing to assist when needed.

Nice staff. Convenient location near the airport. Worked well for my 18 hour overnight transit. Airport shuttle was really nice and easy. Room was clean enough but the bathroom had a strong odor. There’s a group of restaurants about 500m away.

Location was great, 10-20mins to airport. Their website says 24/7 free airport transfers but its NOT. I attached a copy of their airport transport service

This hotel is good in location for transit Travellers but the Makan restaurant food is very worse i ever had. The lighting in front of the hotel need to be enhanced. Very dark and unsafe for hotel guests who need to having dinner outside.

While the staff are excellent, there are several minor maintenance issues that need attention before they escalate into larger problems. It might be beneficial for the owner to stay on-site for a day or two to personally identify and prioritize these necessary improvements.

I had an excellent experience in this hotel room. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the amenities were complete, and everything worked perfectly. The peaceful environment made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
