The location is very near the airport. However, please be aware that there is no elevator. Your luggage has to be carried from the ground floor up by their staff. If you have elders, pregnant, or people with mobility challenge, I would recommend you to look for somewhere else. If you are physically good, has few baggage or is a light traveler, this is a good place to stay for a night or two while waiting for your next flight.

Location was good but the air conditioner was not worked properly and cleaness was room was very disappointed. No elevator & stairs also very narrow.

The accommodation is great. It is near NAIA terminal 1 where I'm going. The staff were very friendly and approachable. The cleanliness is superb. I love watching movies but the TV is not connected. I hope you will fix it soon for my next visit. Over all it's a very nice and peaceful stay. Have not taken pictures. Thank you.

Good for a short stay or if you just need a place to freshen up before jumping on to your next plane... The staff were attentive and friendly.

I needed to spend one night in Manila as close to the airport and as cheaply as possible. This hotel was terrible in every way: the location (some kind of slums), the room was large but hadn't been renovated in about 10 years, and the water heater only had two settings – scalding hot or freezing cold. The mattress was old and had some stains. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even for a single night!

Great option for an overnight stay before a flight, it's a 10-minute walk. Quite clean, no complaints for the price.

I rate this hotel 2/10 — honestly it deserves 0 stars. The place is disgusting. The ceiling is dirty, and the drainage in both the CR and kitchen sink smells like pure imbornal, making the whole room unpleasant. The bed foam ring is damaged, and you can feel it poking you while lying down. The table top is torn, and even the toothbrush they provide is already open, which is unhygienic and unacceptable. The entire room smells like third-hand smoke, and overall it’s just smelly and uncomfortable. The room is also very small, and the curtains have visible stains, which is honestly yuck. For the high price they are charging, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. Yes, it’s close to Terminal 1, but staying here is a complete regret. I will never book here again and I definitely do not recommend it. To the manager or owner: This hotel needs major fixing. Clean the rooms properly, replace damaged bed foams, repair your furniture, fix the drainage smell, provide sealed hygiene items, and wash or replace those dirty curtains. Your location is great, but the hotel itself feels neglected. If you don’t renovate and improve your standards, more guests will leave with the same disappointment.

1) I booked it on 24/5 yet I checked in at around 4am++ 25/5. The receptionist asked me to pay for an early check in. I explained to her that I booked it on 24/5 whereby I checked in lately. 2) A staff asked me to check out at 11:30am on 25/5 yet the standard check out time is 12pm. 3) The water tape discharged black water suddenly.
