It is a nice little hotel with a nice pool and garden. It is friendly place and i enjoystayingthere, but not really designed for western travellers.

The place was just fine with the price, there was a convenience store aroud they have a nice ground to chill .. breakfast included but not much choices..

Been going back here, it is near to MOA and taft avenue station very accessible. Clean and courteous employees

We were staying on Room 212, the receptionist & the bell boy (Joric) are friendly & helpful. The room was smelt mouldy as there was no window can be opened. So we must blasted the air cond on powerful mode to reduce the mold smelt. Air cond worked good & cold but there was no blanket on the room where we stayed. The noise came from Room 213 & the chicken farm next door. As they Rooster kept crowing from 01.00 am until we checked out at 11.35am.

Wow what a lovely paradise, This hotel has everything you need in one place. A lovely open dining area with affordable good menu prices and big meals looking towards the pool area. Our only regret was not booking longer so we would have time for the activities. All the staff was super friendly and really look after you. We will definitely be back when we are able.

Our stay was nice overall, but the streets outside were a bit rough. The lift wasn’t working, though the staff were very helpful and carried our luggage upstairs. They were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were okay although we did spot a lizard when we first arrived. The stairs felt a bit unsafe, and I almost slipped near the top. I wouldn’t recommend this place for children under 5, as the stairs could be dangerous, and there are gaps at the top where little ones could potentially fall. Unfortunately, the tap was extremely dirty, so dirty it made us not even want to stay and the shower water was slimy.

Great stay for the family! The garden vibe was refreshing and the pool was a hit with the kids. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. A few areas could use a little updating, but overall a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The hotel might be great for locals since they have a lot of events there. But walking is far from the main road and the nearest train station. The nearest train station EDSA is practically not suitable to walk with family because of the traffic, road safety and community. I booked a loft room thinking it’d be fun, but not ideal for families with toddler. It is kind of risky with the falling hazard. It was a new experience, but I wouldn’t do it again. The pool area is open, more like a public swimming spot so I didn’t bother swimming. The hotel windows really need soundproofing because outside noise from the locals is pretty loud in the morning disturb my sweet dream while living, and the view isn’t great either. The lobby size is small as due to many local event the place gets super busy at the lobby and crowded. Other than the staff are helpful, room service, everything else was okay. Main good thigh is 7 /11 shop is just beside. Very helpful😉
