Just curious why the hot water is only available on the top shower. We wanted to wash only our bodies, but we had no choice but to get our hair wet. Overall, it was great.

The room is far from a 'suite' and there's no balcony as stated on the website. It's just an apartment within a large complex, and it's hard to find because the specific tower isn't mentioned; you have to contact them to find out. The room is more of a 2-star than a 3-star. The real horror starts in the evening when cockroaches begin to appear. Before renting out rooms like this, they should send an exterminator there. Overall, it's a nightmare; there's no comfort whatsoever.

The place is excellent for short stay or passing through travellers. Near MOA.

I was disappointed about the place, the represented pictures are not similar to the condominium we checked in, there are flies and mosquitoes inside the room, the pools are dirty and has molds, the toilet bowl has no cover, the PBYY didn’t explain well how to use the heater and the equipments in the kitchen.

The Shore Residence place is beautiful. But, No Signal, walang masyadong bilihan ng Foods around Shore, except for Alfa na halos ubos Ang stocks. The staff service? not really good. 15 mins kami pinag antay before makapunta sa Room namin. Hindi rin sila ganun ka hospitable sa guest. Honest reviews lang. 50/50 if babalik pa.

The room was clean and well set up. I just hope that next time the owner could’ve give us nice or quality towels. That’s it. Thank you.

It’s very bad experience No internet the whole time we stay no tv at all we called how many times but no one responds watch on the wall no battery,bunk bed it’s not safe Losehandle for sleep on the top towel look like a rag on the floor No microwave, and last important thing lots of insects can’t sleep we can’t move out or change because none refundable, deposit 3000 pesos for them security but the guest nothing and also smell stinky in facility on the 3rd floor but the lobby smell so perfect.

The Pbyy staff are very accommodating. Malinis ang room and kumpleto yung gamit sa kitchen, you can cook. Perfect sya for family and friends staycation kasi very reasonable yung pricing nila.

Quick booking and check-in instructions. Very basic apartment for an overnight stay after a long flight. It's close to a shopping center, and I'd like to highlight that the staff in the lobby will always help with minor issues, such as if you don't have a local adapter to charge your phone. Cons: no luggage storage and no hourly rate. I had to pay for an extra night at the hotel because I couldn't leave my luggage anywhere for four hours. I book for family room bcos we are 3 to stay. We check in late 1am to be exact. The staff collected 500 from us bcos according to him only 2 persons allowed to stay even the room I booked is for family room and didn't give us receipt for that.

The beddings are not clean pillows and sheets are seen with stains and marks have not been changed. Towels are too small and old. The aircon is inside the room so the other sofa bed provided in the living area to sleep on is so hot. I asked that the electric fan is not working and just responded they will fix it the following morning and we are checking out the next day. So I guess they just disregard my request. The man who accommodated us in the evening was in a hurry and could not ask further questions.. The room smells unclean. No signal at the lobby area. I only choose the area because of the location nearest to my appointment the next day. Not recommended.

Staff is fast to reponse to my messages. Very Good for the price. Will recommend to other people. Stay here multiple times already.
