PRS @ One Palm Tree Villa near T3 Airport

Unpleasant welcome, it was clear we were bothering her. We asked if we could leave our luggage in storage tomorrow as our flight was at 7 PM, and she replied there was no luggage storage, even though it's listed on Trip.com. We asked where we could have breakfast the next day, and her answer was basically 'wherever you want,' without offering any suggestions! There were bugs everywhere in the bathroom; I couldn't even bring myself to use the toilet. This morning, the same person at the front desk didn't even say hello. However, there was a very kind and smiling man at the reception upon our return! The apartment itself is good but very noisy, and the AC makes a lot of noise. For one night, it's fine!

It's very close to T3. The facilities are basic. I booked two one-bedroom apartments, but they only gave me one, and the other was just a studio with a broken sofa bed. When I got up to use the restroom at night, there were a lot of 'little critters' in there.

This place is for those familiar with Airbnb. Once you arrive at Palm Tree Villas, confirm your building with the security at the entrance/exit and then proceed to the reception. Keep in mind, the reception is for the condominium, not a hotel. They'll just have your name listed in a notebook or on a piece of paper for that day's arrivals. If your name's there, they'll take a photo of your passport or ID with a smartphone, and then someone responsible for your room will come to escort you. The rooms appear clean at first glance, but some might have quite a few small cockroaches. If you're not happy with the room you're assigned, you can switch to another one if available. I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for hotel-level services, but if you just need a place to sleep before/after using the airport, it's pretty good value for money.
