The Heritage Hotel Manila

The location and scale of The Heritage Hotel Manila are both fantastic, though the facilities are a bit dated and the restaurant is just average. The breakfast is a buffet and it's okay. It's a pretty good choice for a business trip, but those who are particular about their rooms should think twice. It's hard to get rid of that old-building musty smell, and the bathroom cleanliness was very poor. It was impossible to use the bathtub because it was too dirty—the kind of grime that simply can't be scrubbed away. The hotel staff are all wonderful. Aside from the old building itself, everything else was pretty good. Looking forward to seeing this hotel renovated soon. The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff even offered to turn down the bed for me! I booked a lounge room, so I was able to check in on the 7th floor. My only minor complaint is that the lounge food was quite average. Since it was my birthday, I received a small cake and an exclusive Conrad Manila doll.
